The concept of ZEUS
The ultimate goal is to bring the ever-growing number of
young professionals in tech companies together. By
sharing our insights, we are exploiting synergies, find
common interests and develop innovations. As a
platform, we engage in an intensive dialogue with
existing associations and market participants while
representing the interests of eventtech start ups.
Due to the mutual usage of resources and experiences, we are capable of
pushing each other to the next level.

ZEUS Eventtech Academy
The ZEUS Eventtech Academy will be bringing the sunshine and fun, festival vibes to IMEX. Germany’s
leading MICE startups have come together to present a series of interesting and important insights from
today’s booming eventtech industry. The Zeus
Eventtech Academy will offer speeches and
workshops touching on the industry’s latest
innovations, an outlook in the future and provide
insights into working in a digitalized world.
The series will have three focuses, so feel free to
grab a refreshment, find a comfy seat and drop
into any of the following tracks over the course of
IMEX’s three day schedule:
• Eventtech Today will feature several of the industry’s most cutting-edge leaders as they share their
insights on the latest trends and developments happening in Eventtech
• Technologies of the Future will present the broader trends emerging from the Technology realm, such
as new security, cloud and mobile technology (just to name a few). Speakers from groundbreaking
startups and tech companies will take turns illustrating the latest high-tech advancements outside the
MICE industry and offer expert analyzations about their future impact on Meetings and Events.
• Tech Hacks will be a series of showcases on the latest productivity, team management and
communication tools being used by some of Berlin’s most forward-thinking startups.
Within the industry, we’ve seen a lot of prevalent thought processes and
patterns, some of which are no longer up-to-date.
