NOTICE 781 OF 2013
NOTICE OF AMENDMENT IN TERMS OF SECTION 11A(2) AND (3) OF THE RESTITUTION
OF LAND RIGHTS ACT, NO 220F 1994 (AS AMENDED)
WHEREAS a land claim was lodged by Mphenduli Michion Dladla on behalf of the Jardini
Community, which claim was published in terms of section 11 (1) of the Restitution of Land
Rights act, No 22 of 1994 (as amended), herein referred to as the Act.
And
WHEREAS during further investigations of the land claim in so far as it related to the properties
referred to below, the Regional Land Claims Commissioner, has reason to believe that the
criteria set out in section 11(1) (b) of the Act, has not been met.
NOW THEREFORE NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 11 A (2) and (3) of the Act that
at the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Government
Gazette, the notice of the claim previously published under the terms of Section 11(1) of the Act
in Gazette Notice No. 343 of 2008 publish in Government Gazette No. 30863 dated 14 March
2008, will be withdrawn unless cause to the contrary is shown to the satisfaction of the Regional
Land Claims Commissioner.
