Chad Frampton, President and CEO
As president and CEO of Frampton Construction, Chad
Frampton leads the firm in overall planning and company
direction. He also works to maintain positive client
relationships and work acquisition. Frampton began
working for his father, Charles Frampton, who started
Frampton & Associates in 1993. The younger Frampton
joined the management team in 2007. Prior to that, he was
on the operations side of the business as assistant project
manager and was later promoted to project manager.
In 2010, he assumed an executive leadership role and led
the company to four consecutive record years in growth
and sales. With the construction market evolving in 2009
and 2010, Frampton saw the advantage to increasing the
diversity of projects and decided to change the company’s
sales strategy. That strategy, which focused on clients and
companies that can produce multiple long term
opportunities, resulted in a consistent increase in company sales.
Frampton takes great honor in the opportunity to lead Frampton Construction as a second
generation construction firm. He earned a degree in business administration from Newberry
College, in Newberry, South Carolina. A native of Charleston, Frampton resides in Mount
Pleasant.

vice president and general manager for Roy Anderson
Corporation, in Jackson, Mississippi. There, his main
responsibilities included implementing annual business
plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives.
He brings over 30 years of construction and management
experience as a construction services executive.
Throughout his career, his experience has bridged all roles
and responsibilities of a commercial general contractor,
including leadership positions in preconstruction and
project management. Black holds a B.S. degree from the University of the South in Sewanee,
Tennessee. A native of Nashville, Tenn., Black resides on James Island.
