Auction Guidelines:
~FRC members will have first opportunity to bid on all items.
~Bids for the silent auction will be accepted between 8 AM on November 16
and 5 PM on November 30.
~Bidder numbers can be secured at the table in the Fellowship Hall after
morning worship on Nov. 15 & 22, or in the church office during office hours.
~Items with a green bidding sheet MUST be picked up December 1 - 4.
Winning bidders will be notified by email on Tuesday, Dec. 1.
After 5 PM on November 30, items will be labeled with the name of the
winning bidder.
~Items with a pink bidding sheet MUST NOT BE REMOVED BEFORE DECEMBER 21.
These items WILL be removed between December 21 & December 30.

~If no bids are placed on items by 5 PM on November 30, the sale items will
be available for community members to bid on. Community members
MUST come during normal office hours to look at the items.
~All items are sold "as is".
~Buyer is responsible for any dismantling necessary to remove the items.
~Buyer is responsible for moving all items purchased. Please make arrangements
for people to help you when you plan to dismantle & move the items.
Church staff will NOT be available to help!
~Please remember that this area must be used for regular church activities
until the end of the year.
