OLYMPOS - EMITTER FLOW PATH SPECIFICATIONS

Smaller dripper dimensions which leads to lower water friction and therefore a lower Friction Factor (Kd=0,18). This
translates to greater lateral lengths on the field and therefore reduced costs in accessories and fittings, installation and
maintenance.

High quality silicone which extends to the entire dripper body in order to provide the best possible compensation
range from 0,5 to 4,0 bars. This means that Olympos design provides the ability to work in both low and high
pressures.

Marginally longer, wider and deeper flow path with low X Coefficient (0,01) which means excellent labyrinth design.
The emitter exponent X shows how tolerant is the dripper to pressure variations
l
Marginally bigger filtration area with small water inlets, which provide very high clogging resistance.

The labyrinth of Olympos dripper is designed with large, wide and deep flow path cross section, in order for the water
to pass easier through the dripper and ensure free flow in all conditions.

The shape of the labyrinth path is designed in such a way
to create high turbulent flow. A high turbulent flow
leads to particle wash from the dripper’s labyrinth
and results a high clogging resistance.
The injection molding procedure and
the new insertion system of our
extruder lines, provide a Coefficient
of Variation (CV) of only 2,5%. This
means that Olympos is a uniformly
produced dripline, providing the best
EU in real use 99%.

Customer Benefits & Product Application
Revolutionary combination of flat and PC dripper design with very
small dimensions and weight provide the highest efficiency with low (kd).
Large turbulent flow path, 10 filtration inlets, unique labyrinth
design and a wide pressure compensation range (0,5-4,0 bar)
means uncompromising and unmatched performance.
Even the steepest field elevation changes are no match for Olympos'
pressure compensation membrane, ensuring plants from the top
to the bottom of the hill will receive exactly the same amount of water.
Available in four diameters 16, 17, 20 and 23 mm from 15 up to 47 mil
and two flow rates 1,0 and 2,0 lph with anti siphon function.
Standard and custom emitter spacing available in
multiples of 15 to 200 cm.
Ideal applications include vineyards, orchards, landscaping,
row crops, and cotton in undulating terrain both surface and subsurface.
