Thank you to all our local businesses, citizen volunteers, and staff who helped students to gain more knowledge about financial literacy and managing money in a fun, life-like learning experience. FUN FACT OF THE WEEK Who has the Region's Only K-12 1:1 Technology Program? ANSWER: Milton! At the very heart of the quality educational experiences we offer students in Milton are our amazing teachers and support staff and the relationships they build with our students and parents. To support their work, we are proud to have the region's only K-12, 1:1 technology program. At their last meeting, the Board of Education renewed the lease with Apple for the 1:1 technology program. This lease will provide all students with new iPads or laptops for the 20162017 school year. This great news comes at no additional expense to taxpayers, as the lease renewal maintains the same lease payment we budget for annually in our existing budget. School District of Milton 448 E.
