Well done
Thank you to all the parents who attended the end of term assembly. The children have had a wonderful term and have
exceeded in all areas. I would like to thank you all for your support and to wish you and your families a very Happy Christmas and
New Year.
Thank you to the staff for their hard work. We shall look forward to seeing the children on Tuesday 5 th January ready for another

The Perfect Present
We hope those of you who were able to attend the performances enjoyed yourselves. The children certainly had a good time and
although they were tired by Thursday evening they still continued to put 100% into each show.
The Perfect Present Video
We would like to gauge how many copies of the Christmas DVD we need to produce. The cost will be approximately £7.50 per
copy. The finished product is professionally produced by Mr Acraman. If you would like to order copy/copies complete the
attached slip. Do Not send in any money at this stage thank you.

New for 2016, fencing for KS2 on Wednesdays after school. This opportunity is limited to 20 children starting 13th January and
continuing till 30th March, excluding half term. The cost is dependent on numbers but we imagine there will be a high demand and
therefore anticipate the costs to be £2.50 per session (£27.50 in total) if your child would like to join please let us know before the
end of term.
Dance Club KS2
Will be starting after the Christmas Break on Monday 11 th January. Fees for the club are payable now £40.00 in cash or by
cheque payable to Mrs Bennett. There are only a few places left so if you would like your child to start send in the slip and
remittance at the start of the new term.
Dinner Monday
We would like to remind you that dinners are to be paid in advance.
Herts Catering Ltd who run the meals service have very strict timelines for payments and have informed schools that they will be
responsible for any debts incurred for unpaid meals. As you can appreciate we are working on tight budgets and cannot afford to
support individual families in this way. You may be entitled to free school meals; it is easy to check on the
www.hertsdirect.org/freeschoolmeals site. In future no meals will be provided for children who have a debt greater than £20.00.
The cost for the next half term (£2.20 for KS20) is £63.80 in cash or cheque payable to Herts Catering Ltd.

The competition was very close and there were some very inventive ideas! Well done everyone who took part.
