AUBURN UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS FOOTBALL PROGRAM SALES RULES
1. Sellers will be assigned locations and groups to work with and are expected to be at
a. that location unless otherwise instructed. Seller is not allowed to cut off or
block other
b. sellers. Each seller will have an area designation based on their location
assignment.
2. Programs will be issued at the following times:
i. 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Kickoff --- 8:00 a.m.
ii. 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Kickoff ---- 9:30 a.m.
iii. 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Kickoff --- 12:00 Noon
iv. 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Kickoff --- 2:00 p.m.

3. All sellers must sell through half-time, inside stadium if requested and/or if additional
programs are available.
4. All sellers will sell their own programs. There will be no friends or helpers allowed to
sell.
5. A vest will be issued and worn while you are selling. This vest will be exchanged for a
working game pass when seller returns any unused programs and/or money. If you lose
this vest, $10 will be deducted from your pay.
6. All traffic laws must be obeyed. Do not stop traffic, block intersections or sell in the
streets. Failure to adhere to the laws of the State of Alabama, Lee County, Auburn and
Auburn University will result in dismissal.
7. Do not leave programs or money unattended. We suggest using a money belt or fanny
pack for money. Please attempt to keep larger bills separate from small ones while
making sure small change is handy. $20 bills are the largest bills we can accept. DO NOT
ACCEPT $50 or $100 bills.
8. If you bring a cart to transport your programs, it must be tagged with your name. Carts
or hand trucks can be stored between games, Auburn University, Auburn Sports
Properties, Auburn Marketing, nor will Ed Bagwell be responsible for any items that are
left, stolen or lost.
9. Check-in procedures:
a. Return any unsold programs to check-in station at Service Gate where they will
be counted and verified. You will then be issued a receipt for unsold programs.
b. Straighten money by denomination (one’s together, five’s together, etc.)
c. Present money and receipt to agent in left-hand window of office.
d. Present receipt to agent in right window to receive pay and work pass.
10. Money will be counted, you will be paid and a credential granting admission to the
game will be issued.
11. Our sellers are only licensed to sell programs. We cannot sell ponchos, tickets, or any
other merchandise. Anyone caught selling anything other than programs will be
dismissed.
12. Any seller caught transferring or selling his/her pass or vest will be dismissed.
13. Sellers must enter the game at the Service Gate or at a designated Gate.
14. Sellers are not allowed on the field, in the press box, sky-boxes or scholarship areas at
any time. Anyone caught in these areas will be dismissed.
15. Sellers who are 16 years of age and have been selling for three years are eligible for
early pickup. The procedures for this are listed below:
a. If not picking up early, notify by Wednesday preceding the game by calling Ed
Bagwell at 334-821-8254.
b. Programs may be picked up between 5 and 6 p.m. on Friday at Auburn Network.
i. Failure to order or pickup will disqualify you from the early pick up plan.
ii. Only the highest producing sellers will be approved for early pickup.
16. During election years, sellers cannot distribute or wear any political endorsements.
17. Game program sellers represent Auburn University Athletics, so we need to wear neat
clothes which are neutral or have Auburn logos on them. NO OPPOSING TEAM COLORS
OR LOGOS ARE TO BE WORN AT ANY TIME.
