LEGAL TEACHING EXPERIENCE:
PENN STATE LAW, 2007-present
Professor of Clinical Law
I direct the Family Law Clinic in our University Park location, which I opened in January 2010. Supervise 4
to 7 students per semester and one graduate fellow. Manage the 5-credit, one-semester clinical experience for
each student, including a weekly two-hour seminar with a strong theoretical and skills component. I also
teach a 3-credit upper-level Family Law course, direct our Public Interest and Pro Bono programs, and am redesigning our externship program, which I will manage starting Fall 2016. I was a member of our adjunct
faculty teaching the 3-credit Family Law course from 2007-2009.
