The dispensing machine with buffer is an automation solution
with a high buffer capacity which:
• dispenses both cups and trays
• ensures long periods between refills
• performs a cycle time for dispensing down to 1.5 seconds
• allows placement of an inner part in the cup or tray, for example strainer
or bottom
• can be supplied with format option so you can run several types
of cups/trays in the same unit
•Number of buffer lanes: 1 to 8 buffer lanes
•Length of buffer lanes: Up to 5000 mm
•Height of stack of cups or trays: Up to 1000 mm
•Placement of inner part: Allows placement of an inner part in the cup
or tray, for example strainer or bottom
•Cycle time: Cycle time for dispensing down to 1.5 seconds
•Capacity: Up to 4 cups or trays per second
•Outside hygiene zone: Can be set up outside the sanitary zone comes with air stable shielding which ensures overpressure
•Multiple types of cups and trays in the same unit: Can be supplied with
format option that allows multiple types of cups or trays in the same unit
•Duplication: Possible to duplicate
•Assembly and testing: We have our own test and assembly hall where
the machine will be assembled and tested before delivery to you
•Documentation: The machine will be delivered with all necessary
documentation
