The inkjet printers of Paul Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG stand for highest quality and reliability in
industrial product marking and coding. This is guaranteed by the development and
manufacture of the printer "made in Germany" and constant product developments.
LEIBINGER small character inkjet printers are ideal to mark products such as extrusion parts, cables,
plastics, glass, food and pharmaceutical packaging. All possible surfaces, such as flat, concave,
convex, relief-molded or rough, can be marked. The inkjet coders print fixed or variable data by noncontact and during the production on all types of products. The imprint is positioned exactly, fast
drying, clearly readable and durable. With LEIBINGER printers can be printed, among other things,
simple text segments, serial numbers, different fonts and logos, micro prints, all common barcodes,
DataMatrix codes and the PPN code.
Currently the device serials JET3up and JET2neo are part of the inkjet product portfolio of the family
business from Tuttlingen/Baden-Württemberg. Besides the general LEIBINGER benefits such as
automatic nozzle seal "Sealtronic", each series model is suitable for specific marking and coding
requirements.

LEIBINGER JET3up
The LEIBINGER JET3up is an extra flexible inkjet printer and is therefore suitable for conventional as
well as for complex demands in product marking and coding. Over 800 practical functions, numerous
options, a wide range of equipment and expanded computer software solutions are available for the
users. Possible are up to 5-line print jobs and a print quality up to 32 drop resolution.
LEIBINGER JET3up PI for contrast inks
Data on dark surfaces such as cable must be printed with bright inks. But those present a major
challenge for conventional inkjet printers because the pigments in contrast inks settle out. But not with
the JET3up PI! The industrial inkjet printer has a unique stirring device that keeps the pigments in
motion, thus keeping the ink in the printer always ready for use. This way LEIBINGER guarantees
maximum print quality and highest reliability even for the use of pigmented inks.
LEIBINGER JET3up PRO with protection class IP65
The stainless steel cabinet of the LEIBINGER JET3up PRO has the protection class IP65 and is dust
proof and protected against spray water. Also, the solvent resistant touch screen is durable and easy
to clean. Thus, the industrial inkjet printer is ideal for the food and beverage industry and all other
industries where strict hygiene regulations are applied.
LEIBINGER JET3up MI for micro prints
Whenever a lot of information must be printed on a small area or if the product code should be as
discreet as possible, the JET3up MI is the right choice. The small character inkjet printer with an extra
fine nozzle is suitable for micro prints with a height up to 0.7 mm.

LEIBINGER JET2neo/S
The LEIBINGR JET2neo is the ideal printing and marking system for all daily tasks. The JET2neoS
was developed specifically for smaller fonts and higher production speeds. Because of their small print
head size both inkjet printers can be integrated into any production environment. The robust
equipment and the low consumption costs make the JET2neo series very efficient. Many options and
accessories of the JET3up series are also available for the JET2neo series.

Automatic nozzle seal "Sealtronic"
With the automatic nozzle seal "Sealtronic", LEIBINGER can guarantee that the ink in all its printers
does not dry, even after long-term shut-downs. When production stops, the gutter and the nozzle form
an airtight circuit: No ink may leak from the circulation and no air can come in. Thus, the ink remains
liquid as in a closed can of lacquer and the inkjet printer is always ready for use. Even after long
downtimes LEIBINGER inkjet printers are ready to print within a minute – without cleaning cycles.
Intuitive handling
The Windows based interface, a large 10.4“ touch-screen color display and over 30 menu languages
provide an easy and convenient operation of the LEIBINGER inkjet printers. With only one key stroke
the printer is started and ready for use in the shortest possible time. Illustrated operator instructions,
buttons for direct access or known functions such as drag and drop or the file preview simplify the
operation additionally.
Countless functions without additional costs
LEIBINGER inkjet printers are also characterized by their broad range of practical functions. The
JET3up series is equipped standard with over 800 different functions for the most diverse applications.
Thanks to this variety, the product coding can be adjusted exactly for the individual needs of each
company. Moreover, all software updates are free for LEIBINGER clients.
