12 months @ 5% with a payment of $128.42.
We offer fast and easy loan processing, and
it is a great way to stay away from adding to
long term credit card debt.

What’s Your Score? What Does It Mean?
The credit industry is keeping score. Every time you apply for a credit
card, a mortgage, or even insurance, your application is judged in part
by your credit score. That number is used
by lenders to objectively measure your
creditworthiness. The higher the score,
the more likely you are perceived to repay
credit.
There are two commonly used scores:
FICO and Vantage Score. FICO scores
range from 300 to 850, while Vantage Scores range from 501 to 990.
Be aware that a score of 780 from FICO is excellent, but the same
Vantage Score gives you a grade of “C.” Know which score you are
viewing. Consumers Cooperative FCU uses FICO Scores.
Factors that affect your credit score include payment history, amount
of debt you carry, length of credit history, whether you frequently apply
for new credit, and your credit mix (credit cards, retail cards, mortgage,
and personal loans).
The best advice is to pay all bills on time and only charge as much as
you can afford to pay in full when the bill is due on credit cards and
other revolving accounts.
A purchased credit score is often not the same as what many lenders
use. You can order your credit report, on the other hand, for free. Visit
annualcreditreport.com to order one free credit report once a year from
each of the three credit reporting bureaus--Experian, Equifax, and
TransUnion.

LOST OF STOLEN ATM OR VISA DEBIT CARDS - It is important to notify us immediately if your Consumers Cooperative
ATM or Visa Debit Card is ever lost or stolen.
During regular business hours, please call
Consumers Cooperative @ 308-762-1871.
After hours, please report your card lost or
stolen by calling 800-500-1044.
Going on Vacation? If you
are traveling and plan to use
your Consumers Cooperative
ATM, Debit or Visa Card, please
notify us prior to traveling.
We can place travel dates
and destinations in your card
record to help make your trip
uneventful. Plus, you will avoid
the possibility of you card being
blocked due to unusual activity.
Tip for Cash Tippers - Do
you sometimes use your debit
or credit card at restaurants or
the hairdresser, and then leave
a cash tip? Make it a habit
to always write CASH in the
gratuity line, and fill in the total
amount shown on the receipt.
Most service providers are
honest and earn their tips, but
it makes sense to thwart those
who would take advantage of
your trusting nature.

was held April 11, 12, & 13th. It is
our way of saying “Thank You” for being a member of Consumers
Cooperative FCU. We had a great turnout, and raised $480 for
Children’s Miracle Network.
Great promotional items were given away. The Kids received a sack
full of summer goodies. Cookies, a fun assortment of candy, and
refreshments were served, and on Friday we served grilled hot dogs
and chips. Plus, we had daily prize drawings.
To enter the drawing the adults donated $1.00, and the children
donated 50¢ to Children’s Miracle Network.
Congratulations to our Prize Winners!
