are based by hourly rates, allowing the customer to have control of the
move price by setting an amount of time that meets their budget.

provider like you?
As advice coming from a provider, ensure that your movers will provide
all the equipment necessary to perform your move. Always ask about
additional fees or costs associated with your move, which can include trip
fee, fuel charge, stair fees, equipment fees, long walk or elevator fees, and
overweight item fees. Be sure to also reference any limitations the
provider may have such as limiting the # of boxes the crew can carry per
trip back and forth, or restricting any additional helping hands you might
want to provide.

1. Are the men trained? All our crews have to complete an 8-week
training course and shadowing training in order to go out as part of a crew
without supervision, and must meet a minimum of 1year verified
experience in the field. We provide professional movers, no contract
laborers like other services do.

We provide the equipment necessary to perform your
move and protect your items for free which includes:

--plastic shrink wrap roll (18”x1500’)

INSURANCE COVERAGES & LIMITS:
Mover's Liability coverage is included on all local and
long distance services for free. As allocated by
TxDOT/TxDMV requirements, Mover's Liability covers
damages on items based on a per pound rate. Movers’
liability will cover valuables at a rate of $0.60/lb,
towards the repair or replacement of an item.
Our trucks & cargo are insured.
*Example, if your 100lb LCD TV broke in
transport, mover’s liability will cover this
good at $60.00.
All Texas movers share the same amounts of liability in
Texas, regardless of pricing.
If customer desires “Item Value” coverage, customer
must contact their own insurance carrier for additional
coverage options.

We will service all common household goods without additional
service fees with a 325lb max weight limitation, which is
enough to cover all common household furniture and
residential appliances.
Crew of 3 movers REQUIRED for all service calls with Rate
Exception Goods. All exception goods must be reported during
service call booking. Non reported goods will receive a 20%
Markup fee & are not guaranteed to be serviced.
