RENTAL POLICIES
Pricing
Prices quoted are for a one day charge. Most times
items can be delivered one day prior to the event and
picked up the day after the event while only incurring a
one day charge. If you wish to rent items over an extended period of time, please call our office for special rates.
Delivery / Pickup
Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates.
Please call for the specific delivery charge to your area.
Normal delivery and Pickup hours are Monday - Friday
9:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM to 2:00PM.
Delivery or pickup at other times can be arranged for an
additional charge. Please speak with an office associate
for specific pricing on after hours deliveries or pickups.
Deliveries are made to a dock, garage, side or backyard
readily accessible to our trucks. Deliveries up or down
stairs, across long distances, or steep inclines that require additional labor will incur additional handling fees.
For pickup, all rental items should be stacked in the same
manner in which they were delivered.

Will Call Orders
You may pickup or return your order in your own vehicle
for select items only. Please check with the office on
specific “will call” limitations. We are happy to assist you
in the loading and unloading of your vehicle, however
please be advised that we will not be held responsible for
damage, theft or personal injury as a result of this service. No equipment will be allowed to be “strapped” or
“tied” to the roof of any vehicle. Please make your reservations at least 48 hours in advance, and we suggest
calling ahead to confirm that your order is available for
you to pickup.
Setup / Breakdown
Many larger items such as tents, lighting and dance floors
include installation. Setup and knockdown of tables and
chairs is available at an additional charge. Advance arrangements should be made for this service. If you have
a question about installation of a specific item, please
speak with an office representative.
Responsibility
Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer
from the time of delivery to return. Additional charges are
made for damage or shortage. Many of our equipment
items are wood products and are highly sensitive to water
and moisture. Please be sure to turn off sprinklers and
keep equipment out of the rain or dew. Customers will be
liable for damage to equipment as a result of negligence.
Prior to Pickup or Return
All china, glassware, flatware, etc., should be refuse-free
and replaced in the delivery containers. Linens should be
refuse-free and dry to prevent mildew and staining. Additional charges are made when extraordinary cleaning is
required.
Damage Waiver
A 5% damage waiver will be applied to all china, flatware,
glassware and linen rental items. This damage waiver will
only apply to these select categories of equipment and
will cover damage arising from accidental breakage,
chips, burns and rips. The damage waiver will not cover
any missing, stolen or items subjected to misuse.
Cancellation Policy
A 20% deposit is required to reserve all delivery orders as
well as specialty item will call orders. The balance of the
order will be automatically charged to the card used for
the deposit (2) days prior to delivery. Any equipment
cancelled 24 hours prior to the delivery date are not subject to a restocking charge. A 50% restocking charge will
apply to any equipment loaded onto the truck and in
transit. No credit will apply to equipment that is delivered
or setup.
