Friday, June 30–Wednesday, July 5 Parking on Sea Island— • Will be available in the Beach Club upper and lower decks and tennis courts at The Cloister. • Once the decks are full, parking will be available at The Inn at Sea Island on Sea Island Road just west of Island Cinemas. Shuttles will go to and from the Beach Club on a continuous basis. • Parking will not be permitted on the Sea Island Causeway. Holiday Cancellation Policy For July 1–4, all events and activities (including Yacht Club, Fitness, Tennis, Spa, Golf, Shooting School, Camp Cloister, and Equestrian) require a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel within the noted time frame will result in a $25/person charge. Equestrian will be charged the full cost of the activity. All no-show reservations, that are not cancelled, will be charged the full rate of the event or activity. Bingo no-show reservations and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged $50/person. Broadfield requires cancellations 72 hours prior to activity. Broadfield cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full cost of the activity.
