Chemiluminescence (CL) Application Note Measurement of Oxidation Induction Time (OIT) by Chemiluminescence (CL) Assay – Estimation of Oxidation Stability of Polymers -1995 Introduction Irganox1010 (BASF, 0.5%, 1.0%) as a phenolic antioxidant was used. CL assay enable to estimate the slight oxidation at the early stage and the oxidation stability of samples. To estimate the oxidation stability, OIT measurement is effective. OIT measurement can be carried out using heating and oxygen flow.
