Depending on the size of the claim, we will do the
following:
• In case of a minor claim, we will ask you to handle it
yourself and send the bill to us
• In case of a medium-sized claim, we will ask you to send
documentation to us (e.g. photos)
• In case of large claims, we will personally or via our
cooperative partner assess the claim on site at the
premises insured

You will always have one contact person as reference.
We communicate in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and
English. Tryg will communicate with you – as the
Policyholder – and generally not with staff at a foreign
insurance location.
The compensation will be paid in DKK to the Policyholder.
