Step 1 - Using (8) 3/8”x 1” bolts attach the rear support bar to the bottom bases tighten bolts.
Step 2 - Using (4) 3/8”x 1” button head bolts attach the connecting
diamond plate to the two rear braces.

Step 3 - Using (16) 3/8”x 1” bolts attach the uprights to the base frame, do
not tighten bolts.
Step 4a - Using (16) 3/8”x 1” bolts attach the chin bar supports to the uprights, do not tighten bolts.
Step 5 - Using (16) 3/8”x 1” bolts attach the
weight storage to the chin bar supports and the
base frame.

Step 6a - Using (8) 3/8”x 1” bolts attach the chin bars to the chin bar supports as shown.
Step 6b - Using (16) 3/8”x 1” bolts and (8) 1/2”x 4” bolts, nuts and washers attach the
four corner supports between the chin bars and the uprights.
Step 7 - Using a 9/16” wrench and two 3/4” wrenches to tighten down all bolts.
