2013 Seedling Tree Wrap Volunteers
Contibute to the Annual Giving Campaign!
Proceeds from the Seedling Tree Sale support our conservation education
and outreach programs. Licking Soil & Water provides over 75 educational
presentations each year, serving youth, adults and families. Soil & Water
also provides free seedling trees to over 6,500 elementary students, offers
complimentary training and equipment for Stream Team monitoring,
organizes and presents educational teacher workshops, hosts middleschool and high-school Envirothon competitions, and co-hosts the annual
Licking County River Round Up.
County and State appropriations for Licking Soil & Water operations
were reduced by over 50% in 2010 and are not likely to be restored in
the near future. Your donation helps Licking Soil & Water continue to
provide conservation outreach and education programs. Our children
and future generations depend on us to take care of our natural
resources today.

conservation across the county and contributes to the sustainability
of our natural resources.

PLEASE NOTE:
All orders are subject to availability. Orders are filled on a first-come, firstserved basis. There is no limit to the number of seedling trees ordered. Please
include payment with your order. Deciduous Bulk tree orders are due by
Friday, March 21, 2014. All other orders are due by Friday, March 28, 2014.
Pick-up date is Friday, April 11, 2014, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the
Licking County Soil & Water Conservation District office. All trees are state and
federally inspected. We may need to make reasonable substitutions based
on availability of certain species. All trees are bare-root seedlings six (6) to
eighteen (18) inches in height.
