Responsibility: Arrangements provided through PRIME TRAVEL, 500 Victory
Rd., Quincy, MA 02171, hereinafter referred to as OPERATOR, who is responsible to participant in arranging for services and accommodations offered as constituting tour. Absent negligence on its part, OPERATOR disclaims responsibility
for personal injury or property damage caused by any supplier of services or
circumstances beyond OPERATOR’s control. Services are furnished by independent contractors who are neither servants of nor partners with OPERATOR,
who shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims responsibility for loss, expense, accident, injury or damage to any person or property resulting directly or
indirectly from willful or negligent act or omission by any service provider, including, without limitation, failure to deliver or partial or inadequate delivery of services, or any other cause, including but not limited to any act of God, terrorism,
machinery defect, equipment breakdown, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or
change in itinerary/schedule.
Rates: Effective February, 2015, subject to change, including features as in flyer.
Unused Features/Services: Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-re-usable.
Checked Luggage Fees: Many airlines charge fees for checked luggage, not
included in tour price, to be collected at each airport check-in.
Insurance Strongly Recommended: Check box below for information request—actual insurance purchase requires separate application and payment.
Activity Level: Moderate walking with some inclines; you must be able to climb
stairs and walk reasonable distances, including uneven ground.
Travel to High Altitudes: Please consult your physician with any concerns.
Physical Limitations: Restrictions may apply; wheelchair/scooter use, syringes,
sleep apnea machine, pregnancy, etc., must be reported. Ask for details.
Payments: $500pp deposit (checks only, payable to “Prime Travel”), with completed, signed application, to confirm reservation, due by March 31, 2015. 2nd
deposit (check only), $500pp, due by May 1, 2015. Final payment (check or
credit card) due by June 22, 2015; bookings after this date must include full
payment on confirmation of space. OPERATOR may cancel, without notice,
reservations not paid in full by final payment date (may be reinstated subject to
space availability, on receipt of final payment).
Documents: Provided about 10-15 days before departure, once full payment is
received. Overnight delivery fees may be assessed for late bookings.
Cancellations: Must be received in writing by OPERATOR by 5:00pm Eastern
Time on the last regular business day before penalty takes effect, with all tickets
and documents returned before any refund can be processed. Once deposit is
received, all cancellations subject to the following penalties:

Photo ID Required: Currently valid driver’s license or other government-issued
identification, including valid passport. MUST MATCH RESERVATION—NO
NICKNAMES; incorrect information may result in change fees or denied boarding, with no compensation.
Airline Seating: Many airlines do not provide advance seating for groups; seats
may not be available until airport check-in.
Triple Accommodations: Most contain 2 double beds. A rollaway cot may be
provided, subject to availability and fire codes. Additional cost will apply.
ITINERARY
Sat/Aug. 8: DEDHAM-BOSTON-SALT LAKE CITY. Transfer from Dedham to Logan; a Celebration Tours representative will facilitate airport check-in and
luggage handling. In Salt Lake, your Tour Director will introduce you to the “City of
the Saints”. Welcome Reception with your Tour Director and fellow travelers.
Sun/Aug. 9: SALT LAKE CITY-JACKSON HOLE. Following breakfast,
travel north to Idaho. Trace the pioneers’ footsteps at the Oregon Trail Center in
Montpelier. Enjoy lunch before crossing in Wyoming en route to Jackson Hole in the
shadows of the Grand Tetons. Spectacular views of Snake River Valley and Grand
Teton Nat’l Park on an aerial tram ride to the top of Rendezvous Mountain. (B,L)
Mon/Aug. 10: GRAND TETON NAT’L PARK AT LEISURE. After
breakfast, enjoy the park as you wish. Your Tour Director will suggest ways to experience the landscape and wildlife, including majestic bald eagles. Dinner is included at a
local Regional Restaurant. (B, D)
Tue/Aug. 11: JACKSON HOLE—YELLOWSTONE. Following breakfast,
discover Grand Teton Nat’l Park’s glories, snow-capped peaks, pristine alpine lakes,
evergreen forests, and Jenny Lake. Then you’re on to Yellowstone, established in
1872, the world’s first national park. See awesome Old Faithful erupt 100 feet in the
air. Take a guided walk with a local expert among spouting geysers, bubbling mudpots and turquoise hot springs. Dine and spend the night in the park. (B,D)
Wed/Aug. 12: YELLOWSTONE NAT’L PARK SIGHTSEEING. After
breakfast, look for wildlife in Hayden Valley en route to Yellowstone’s “Grand Canyon” with its stunning waterfalls. Marvel at the canyon’s yellow rock, which gave the
park its name. Drive the upper loop to Dunraven Pass and Lamar Valley. Stroll Mammoth Hot Springs and see mineral terraces that resemble frozen waterfalls. (B)
Thu/Aug. 13: YELLOWSTONE-CODY-SHERIDAN. Following breakfast,
head east to Cody, named for famed native son, Buffalo Bill. Glimpse the fascinating
history of the American West at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, where a local
expert will talk about cowboy culture, guns and the culture and arts of the Plains Indians. Enjoy a true Western-style “Be My Guest” dinner in a historic café, complete
with an old-time tobacco shop. (B,D)
Fri/Aug. 14: SHERIDAN-DEADWOOD-RAPID CITY. After breakfast,
your itinerary takes you past Devil’s Tower, proclaimed by Theodore Roosevelt as
America’s first national monument—you may remember it from the movie “Close
Encounters of the Third Kind”. Head into the Black Hills and the boomtown of Deadwood, which grew after gold was discovered in the 1870’s. Learn about the town from
a local guide. Continue to Rapid City, where you have the option of enjoying the illumination ceremony at Mt. Rushmore. (B)
Sat/Aug. 15: BLACK HILLS EXCURSION & LEISURE TIME. Following breakfast, discover the stunning scenery on the way to the Crazy Horse Memorial
and Mt. Rushmore. Afternoon at leisure—optional experience to the South Dakota
Badlands. Farewell Dinner with your Tour Director and your new friends. (B,D)
Sun/Aug. 16: RAPID CITY-BOSTON-DEDHAM. After breakfast, transfer to
the airport for your return flight to Boston and transfer back to Dedham. (B)
