The Spanish Club will meet Wednesday morning on 3/22 at 7:40 am in Dr. Pate’s room, 144.
Please plan to attend. We will be discussing the TCTA ESL class visit.
Prom tickets will be on sale March 24th to March 30th, tickets are $25 for seniors and $50 for all
other tickets. Tickets will be sold April 3rd for $35 for seniors and $60 for all other tickets but will
not be guaranteed a shirt.
Key Club is organizing a Faculty v. Student Basketball Game on March 23 during 5th period.
Tickets are $2, and will be sold in the cafeteria on March 21-23. Any interested faculty or
basketball players can sign up outside of Mr. Johnson’s room (Rm. 152) to play in the basketball
game. We will also be selling chances to pie Mr. Ferguson during the game. Chances are $1 each
and will be sold alongside the basketball tickets in the cafeteria. You can purchase as many
chances as you want in order to increase your likelihood of winning. All proceeds go to the
Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Girls Golf will be selling T-shirts until March 31st. They are available online at
alabamashirtfactory.com. The T-shirts are blue comfort color. Short sleeve is $15 and long
sleeve is $20. Flyers will be hanging up around the school with the web address and prices.

The Talent Show is tomorrow, Wednesday, March 22nd at 4PM. Tickets will be sold the day of
the show in the lunchroom and at the door. Tickets are $5.

Cleaning Now!
Participate in the March 25th Fine Arts Community Yard Sale! Set up your Yard Sale in a free
parking space (18ft.w x 20ft.L) located at Northridge High School. You keep your profits. We
welcome others in the community to participate. However; there will be a $25 fee on the
parking spots (18ft. w x 20ft. L) for any one not associated with Northridge High school clubs or
athletics. Proceeds from the Parking Space Rental will go to Fine Arts.
Deadline for rental parking space is March 24.
Participants that register early will buy one parking space for $25 and get one free. (27ft.w x
20ft.L)
Yard sales in our Parking lot can set-up at 5:00 a.m. March 25.
The Yard Sale opens at 7:00 a.m. and clean up ends at 1:00 p.m. Refreshments will be sold only
by the Fine Arts and Sports & Entertainment Marketing Class.

We are excited to announce we will be offering the ACT boot camp again this year! All 11th
graders have been assigned a day, either March 28th or March 29th. Assignments have been
posted outside the counselors’ office on a yellow banner. You must speak with Mrs. Wolbach if
you have any schedule conflicts with your time slot. Open seats will be given to 9th, 10th & 12th
graders, first priority for those testing on April 9th, then first come first served until all seats have
been filled!
11th grade young women interested in representing NHS at Girls State, come by Mrs. Wolbach’s
office in the counselors’ suite for an application.

AKA Sorority is offering a $1500 scholarship. There are applications in the guidance office. The
deadline to apply is March 27, 2017.
