General Terms & Conditions: Reservations/Deposits: All
reservations should be made at least 45 days prior to the
departure date. A deposit is required at the time of booking. A
reservation is not guaranteed until deposit is received. A
non-refundable late fee of $25 applies for all reservations
made within 15 days of departure.

Payments: Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure for
independent and fly/drive programs and 60 days prior for
escorted Tours & Cruises. Payment is accepted by credit card
or check only (returned checks are subject to a $25 fee). All
personal checks received within 45 days of departure must be
certified.
Changes & Revisions: Changes to itinerary are subject to
$25 change fee for land only independent, hotels, fly/drive,
and car rentals. Fees vary for Escorted Tours. Changes are not
allowed within 6 days prior to departure. Air tickets once
ticketed are generally non-refundable. Air ticket changes and
restrictions vary depending on carrier.
Cancellations Fees: Cancellation notices received in writing
prior to 45 days prior to departure date will be refunded less
$100 per person for independent tours, hotels, and fly/drive
packages. Cancellation for escorted tours 50 days prior to
departure will be refunded less $350 per person.
Cancellations made thereafter are subject to the following
fees.

Cruises: Cancellation fees vary depending on cruise line

Rates: All prices are quoted in US dollars and based on
present cost conditions and foreign exchange rates at the time
of printing and are subject to change. All prices include Value
Added Taxes (VAT). Air and land prices are based on a specific
class of service and subject to availability at the time of
booking. Air and land rates do not include; bump up,
week-end supplements, add-ons, and stopover fees. Airline
and government departure taxes and fees are additional.
Europe City/Town Local Hotel Occupancy Taxes: Many
Cities, towns and municipalities in Europe have implemented
a “Local Occupancy Tax”, the amount of which may vary
according to the Property and local laws; amount varies from
one to seven Euros per person per night. Above mentioned
taxes have to be settled locally by the traveller himself upon
check out, and cannot be prepaid.
Refunds/Claims: There will be no refunds for unused
package tour services, including air and rail tickets, sightseeing tours, transfers, meals, and hotel accommodations.
Change fees, insurance, late fees, and express mail service are
not refundable. Please remit any claims for cancellation in

N.Y. 10038.
Land Operator and Supplier: All land services offered by
EZ Italy are operated by suppliers that are independently contracted with EZ Italy.
Holidays: During local or national holidays, certain facilities
such as museums and restaurants, sightseeing tours and
shopping may be limited or not available.
Accommodations: All hotels are rated by the local
government; Air conditioning and heating are not standard in
many hotels abroad and are not guaranteed. Some hotels may
charge a supplement for air-conditioning upon check-in.
Accommodations are based on two people sharing a double
room. Triple and single rooms are available but may not be as
comfortable.
Passports and Visas: United States citizens traveling to
Western Europe, require only a valid U.S. passport. It is
suggested that all non U.S. citizens check with the appropriate
consulates to determine if any visas are required.
Not Included: Local airport and hotel occupancy taxes,
airline and government taxes and fees, passport/visa fees,
laundry, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, beverages, meals,
optional tours, porterage, excess bags, airline fuel surcharge
increases or services other than those specifically mentioned
in itinerary. Tips to tour escorts and motorcoach drivers when
touring, local city guides and items of a personal nature, are
not included.
Tour Participation: Passengers with disabilities: EZ Italy
will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants
who require special needs. Tour participants must advise EZ
Italy at the time of booking of any special assistance they may
require. EZ Italy reserves the right to decline acceptance of
participants, and require participants to be accompanied by a
suitable attendant, as the case may require. Should EZ
Italy determine that the safety of the participant or other tour
participants cannot be reasonably safeguarded. EZ Italy
advises that many participating hotels, railroads, bus lines,
foreign flag carriers, etc., are exempt from U.S. laws and
regulations regarding disabled persons. EZ Italy, therefore,
makes no representations that these entities can reasonably
accommodate or will accommodate disabled persons.
Disabled persons who intend on participating on a given tour
are required to check with their travel agent and the air carrier
directly in order to determine the policies of the above
mentioned entities.
Responsibility: The responsibility of EZ Italy as the tour
operator and/or its agents is limited. They act only as agents
for the passenger in regards to travel, whether by aircraft,
motorcoach, private car, railroad, or any other conveyance,
and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident,
delay or irregularity which may be occasional either by reason
of defect through the acts of God, dangers incident to sea, fire,
breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments
or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether
declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots,
theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs
regulations, or from any causes beyond EZ Italy’s control, or
arising from its own negligence, or from any loss or damage
resulting from improper passports, visas, or other
documents. EZ Italy has the right to decline to accept or to
retain any tour passenger should such person’s health or
general deportment impede the operation of the tour to the
detriment of the other passengers. Tour services including,
but not limited to, carriage by land, carriage by sea, carriage
by air, guide service, hotel accommodations, restaurants and
all services, are furnished by contractors who are independent
and do not act for, or on behalf of EZ Italy. EZ Italy is not
responsible for any injuries or damages arising from any
negligence of those independent contractors. The acceptance
of tickets and vouchers by the participant or by his assignee(s)
shall be deemed to be acceptance by such person(s) of the
above conditions and an acknowledgement and agreement by
such person(s) that the participating air carriers shall not be
liable for any portions of the tour other than air transportation. The contract of carriage (i.e. passenger ticket) issued by
or on behalf of participating air carriers shall constitute the
sole supplement by or subjected to its duly filed tariffs and
any applicable international and/or domestic laws and
regulations.
