A gentle but invigorating class improves your strength, mobility, flexibility, posture & well-being.
Pump & Tone
Full body workout using resistance to sculpt the muscles.
Fitsteps
Strictly come dancing inspired fitness.
Spinning
A fast paced indoor cycling class, a cardio workout that tones legs & bum.
Body Blast
A full body sculpting workout that incorporates resistance.
Zumba
Dance fitness programme that’s taken the world by storm. Come join the party.
Boot Camp (£)
This workout is not for the faint hearted. Beginners to advanced are welcome.
Supple Strength
A holistic workout that builds flexibility and strength leaves you feeling relaxed & calm.
Power Circuit
A varied workout incorporating cardio & resistance based in the gym.
Fight FX
Mixed martial arts based workout which incorporates kicks, punches, strikes & blocks. All levels welcome.
Jitterbugs
Bring your kids along for the fun, varied exercise class specifically designed for children 4-12 years.
Power Walk
Join a bubbly group of five lakes members for an invigorating walk in the grounds.
Total Tone
A resistance based class that targets all muscles in the body, to tone & sculpt.
Yoga
A holistic class with exercises to stretch & flex the body. Beginning & ending with a period of relaxation.
Yogacise
This class aims to tone your body, build strength plus relax and refresh your body and mind.
Kick & Sculpt
Mixture of combat moves & intense sculpting.
To The Core
Using Swiss balls & floor work out to develop the abdominal wall.
