The Integrated Foods Group (the “Group”) is responsible for the delivery of an integrated food model
linking farmed beef, sheep and venison products to an expansive domestic and global food market. The
goal of the integrated food model is to engineer focused production systems to produce products that
meet specific and unique customer requirements.
The Group intends to be involved in the total value chain to provide branded differentiated products to
customers directly.

POSITION MISSION STATEMENT
To assist the Farm Area Manager and/or other Integrated Foods management to ensure that farm
infrastructure, assets, buildings, vehicles, equipment, waterways and land are maintained and readily fit
for purpose in order to optimise productivity on farm. This position is focussed on:
- General repairs and maintenance on farm
- Stock and yard work to support livestock policy and procedure
- Contribute to lowering the cost per kg of farm based production, whilst still meeting the
production requirements of the Integrated Foods Value Chain
- Contribute to optimising performance on Farm in accordance with Company policy
