We hope you can join us for some of North Dakota’s best times at the 2015 Summer Outing being held at Hawktree Golf Club.
With this electronic age, our opportunities to personally visit with our industry partners is increasingly limited. Take advantage
of this opportunity to come to Bismarck and network with your AGC of ND colleagues.
All proceeds of the outing go to the AGC of ND Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund provides approximately 30 individual
scholarships totaling over $40,000 each year, for students enrolled in construction related courses at North Dakota State
University, University of North Dakota, North Dakota State College of Science, and Bismarck State College. These students will
be the next generation of contractors in North Dakota, so what better way to help them get started right than connecting them
with the AGC of North Dakota.
So, whether you’re busy or not, register now, and join the best in the construction industry for a day of camaraderie and fun.
Even if you don’t golf, you can still attend for the July 15th Division meetings and social, along with supporting the AGC of
North Dakota Scholarship Fund by participating in the Silent Auction.

Division meetings are an important function of your Association.
These meetings are your opportunity to present your industry
concerns and discuss solutions. For the Association to do its
job, we need your involvement and agenda topics.

Registration for golf tournament begins and Breakfast will
be served. Range balls available.

Golf Scramble at Hawktree Golf Club
Join your fellow AGC members for networking.
Check out the items on the Silent Auction and help raise money
for the AGC Scholarship Fund. Please consider donating an item
for auction. The Summer Outing Committee prefers a minimum
value of $100. If you have questions, you may contact Summer

Social and Dinner
Winners will be announced and door prizes will be
given away at Hawktree Golf Club. Plan to stick around
and socialize with your fellow AGC members.
Room Bloc k
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Radisson Hotel Bismarck for the nights of July 15 - 16, 2015. The special AGC rate
is $109 plus tax for a Double or Single. To reserve your room, call 701-255-6000. Room block will be held until July 1, 2015.
Skins Game
Games & Contests
Each team ponies up $30 ($5 per player) and skins are given
to the team who has the low score on each hole. If no one
team has the low score on a hole, one tie all tie, then no skin
is given for that hole. One-half of the money in the pot will
be divided by the number of skins awarded. That amount
will be given to each team for every skin they won. The other
half goes to the scholarship fund. There could be 18 skins or
none. If no skins are awarded all monies go to the scholarship fund.
13th Tee Jump
On the 13th hole tee a team may move all players to the
next closest tee box by donating $30 to the scholarship fund.
This would mean the men could move from the Hawk tee to
the Eagle tee and women can move from the Owl tee to the
drop area. This move can be a big advantage on this hole
and a huge help to the scholarship fund.
Get-On-To-Get-In at Hole 15
This year Larry Rolfson will be offering the opportunity to
have some fun and win some cash. For $10 you purchase
a chance of being drawn for 40% of the collected pot (last
year was in excess of $600). You give Larry the $10 and
place your tee shot on the green and your ticket goes into
the drawing for the cash. The remaining 60% goes to the
scholarship fund.
Note: The purpose of the games, not included in your event fee,
is to raise additional funds for the AGC Scholarship Fund. Please
come to the event with some cash to help get our construction and
engineering students through college and onto our payrolls. Thanks
in advance for your outstanding support.

AGC Scholarship Program
The AGC of North Dakota awards scholarships annually to outstanding students with career interests in the construction industry
and who are enrolled in North Dakota post-secondary construction programs.
The scholarship fund provides approximately 30 individual scholarships totaling over $50,000 each year, for students enrolled in
construction- related courses at North Dakota State University, University of North Dakota, North Dakota State College of Science,
and Bismarck State College.
By participating in the AGC Summer Outing Scholarship Fundraiser, you are assisting deserving students become the next
