Using Spell Check
Using Spell Check in the Health View
There are a few fields in Aspen that allow you to check your spelling. The fields in the Health section that you can use the
spell check function with are:
The Notes field in an Office Visit ~ The Comment field in a Screening ~ The Health Condition
To Use Spell Check
1. You can either type in the information and
then click the

2. Click on the
and then enter the
information in the pop up window.
3. With the information in the pop-up window click on the
in the lower right hand corner.
4. When you click the icon Aspen will highlight the words that it thinks are spelled wrong. If you open an existing
comment the misspelled words may appear underlined in red (like a misspelled word in Word).
5. Click on the highlighted word and a list of words that Aspen thinks it may be will appear.
6. Click on the correctly spelled word, correct the work manually, or if you are sure the word is spelled correctly you can
add it to your dictionary.
7. Click Ok.
