“Matilda” West End Theatre Trip

Dear Parent
As an enrichment activity to their normal school curriculum, pupils have the opportunity
to attend a showing of ‘Matilda’, on the evening of Thursday 1st October.
There will be a charge of £42.00 per pupil to meet the costs of the trip (cheques
payable to ‘Test Valley School’). If insufficient numbers are interested then the trip may
have to be cancelled. In order to confirm arrangements, forms and payment will need
to be returned by the morning of Monday 15th June.
Pupils do not need to wear school uniform for this visit, so may wish to bring a change
of clothes to school to change into before the trip leaves. There will be refreshments
on sale at the theatre and pupils may wish to bring a small amount of money to spend
whilst there. Pupils will also need to bring a packed tea (including drinks) although
there may be an opportunity to purchase some refreshments at Covent Garden before
the show starts, traffic permitting.
The coach will leave school promptly at 3.45pm and will return at approximately
11.45pm. You will need to make arrangements to collect your child at this time. Places
are limited to 50. These trips have become increasingly popular and a prompt reply
will help ensure a place. In addition please return the permission slip with the
contribution.

Once your child has been accepted on the trip a refund will not be possible as bookings
will have been made and places paid for.
NB: This trip is not eligible for Pupil Premium funding.

annual medical form, please can you provide the relevant details below.
