HUDSON 350 BHT®
(Mounted in a Waterkracht single-axe-trailer)
The Hot Aqua Blaster HUDSON 350 hot water high pressure washer is equipped with an industrial liquid cooled - Kubota diesel engine which is connected directly to the Aquabar® high pressure
pump by a gearbox. The diesel engine is equipped with a heat exchanger, connected to the primary
cooling system of the engine, the secondary water tank and the suction side of the high pressure
pump.
The preheated water is subsequently - by a high-pressure high-efficiency heating coil - brought to
the desired final temperature. With this Waterkracht Ecoboiler system, you save up to 20% fuel
consumption.
As a standard, the Hudson is equipped with a “Waterkracht-zero pressure control system” which
ensures that; when closing the gun, the high pressure drops across the whole pressure group....
from the high pressure gun up to the high pressure pump, also including the hose. When resuming
the cleaning job, the workload of the installation immediately restores the required pressure.
Waterkracht single-axe-trailer
Installation of the high pressure system in Waterkracht single-axe-trailer trailer, inclusive
heavy nose wheel, galvanized chassis and plastic fenders. A certificate of approval is issued
by The National Road Service agency. The Hudson 350 can operate with the doors closed.

Quality of the high-pressure hose
For the Hudson 350, with a maximum pressure up to 350 bar, the high pressure hose is tested
according an established procedure at a pressure of 500 bar. The hose is provided with a unique
number and test certificate, which are supplied at the time of delivery of the Hudson.

Waterkracht single-axe-trailer
The high pressure system is mounted in an aerodynamic polyester (water sealed) closed singleaxe-trailer, equipped with two a side door, two rear doors, heavy nose wheel and a galvanized
chassis. A certificate of approval is issued by The National Road Service agency. The high pressure
system can operate with all the doors closed.

Boiling Hot water Technique® explained:
The environmental friendly cleaning method of the Colorado, with the unique patented
Boiling Hot Water Technique®, is based on the “thermo shock” effect.
• High energy water drops, with a water temperature of 100 to 102º C, will blast on the pollution
• The power of these water drops combined with the high temperature is responsible for the
unbelievable and remarkable cleaning and disinfecting result.
• With this technique, compared with conventional methods, a better cleaning result can be
obtained with considerably less water consumption and operating pressure.
• The operating pressure can be regulated variably by touch-screen display or wireless remote
control (as a option) to a maximum of 280 bar. What previously was impossible and is now
achievable! A single cleaning system, from “as soft as silk” to “as strong as an lion”.
Delivery of the system includes:
- Information card "first aid for high pressure wounds". This card is in a plastic sleeve in the
operating room. In case of a high-pressure injury, this card should be hand over to the
emergency physician.
- Plastic case in which the instruction, log book and maintenance manual of the machine are
stored.
- Clear operating instructions on the central touch-screen and optional wireless remote control.

Waterkracht BV is NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2008 certified. In addition, the high pressure cleaning
systems are produced according to applicable CE-directives and the high-pressure hoses are

This wireless remote control, with a range of 80 meters, has got the same
functions as the touch-screen display, except the service and maintenance
support.
Option - Anti-scale dosing system
If you use your hot water high pressure system in areas where
relatively high calcium is in the water, then we recommend to adjust an
anti-scale dosing (12Volt) system. Once in operation, a very small
percentage liquid anti-scale is added to the water, it has the ability to
prevent the areas in the water-heating system - as much as possible for calcification.
Although this is not a 100% guarantee, practice has shown that it actually works.
The installation costs do not outweigh the expected problems when working with hard water.
Option - Course high-pressure cleaning
To get your staff familiar with this new technology, Waterkracht offers you the opportunity to
organize a course in which both the basic concepts of high pressure washing and the Boiling Hot
water Technique® and maintenance of the new machine is included. Safety for the user and
passers is also a issue.
After the course, participants will get a personalized "Certificate of Participation", important for the
enhancement and motivation of your
staff.

Option - SIR-guidelines
The machine can be equipped according SIR-guidelines (www.sir-safe.nl), which includes:
• Emergency stop mounted on a robust hose reel with 80 meters of e-cable, with is connected
to the control of the unit.
• Grounding hose reel, with 15 meters of e-cable and clamp.
• The safety valve will be set and sealed.’
• The high-pressure pistols, couplings and lances will be tested, receive a unique number and
test certificate with the results.
• Upon delivery of the COLORADO, the test certificates are supplied.
Option - Rotating Floor Cleaner
The Rotating Floor Cleaner is an innovative invention within the field of
high-pressure floor cleaning and weed control. With an effective working
range of 400 mm, you can easily and effective clean streets, patios,
driveways, parking garages, workshops etc. In combination with the Boilinghot water-technology®, weeds, algae, mosses etc. disappear like "snow in
the sun." The complete unit is made of stainless steel. High-pressure gun
included.
Option - Dirt killer
Stainless steel Dirt killer (Type TN400) with stainless steel lance of 800 mm and M24 coupling for
max. 400 bar.
IMPORTANT
Calcification by water hardness
The water hardness is usually expressed in German hardness (°dH) and, in the Netherlands, should
not be too hard nor too soft. The hardness of drinking water should be between 5.6 and 14°dH.
When heating water and/or pumping warm water, the present calcium- end (magnesium) salts in
the water will transform into the solid calcium carbonate (magnesium carbonate); the harder the
water the more scale is formed. Upon heating systems, calcic deposits on the water-sharing parts
like the inside of the high-pressure coil, but possibly also in the connection hoses and/or pipes, etc.
Lime deposits have a negative effect on the heating capacity, also liming can cause that the coil is
partially or completely clogged and needs to be replaced.
