There must be a minimum of 40 students to run this activity. After 50 students, registrations will be taken as long
as there is space on available buses. Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. The

Equipment:
Students will be responsible for paying for their own rental of equipment once at the ski area. Ski and Snowboard
rental packages are $21 at Wild Mountain and $19 at Trollhaugen. Rental packages include helmets. If you wish
to rent helmets they can be rented for $4 at Wild Mountain and $2 at Trollhaugen. Please bring your student ID if
you are planning to rent equipment. Lockers are available for personal belongings at both resorts for a nominal
fee.
We are asking you to please make sure that all of your student’s equipment is properly labeled with his/her name.
It would be helpful if you could bundle everything and put it in a ski/snowboard bag. This makes transportation
and identification much easier.
Lessons:
We strongly encourage beginners to sign up for ski/snowboard lessons. Ski and snowboard lessons for beginners
are free. Advanced lessons are $5 at Wild Mountain and $10 at Trollhaugen. Sign up for lessons with the
Activities Office prior to the trip. The day of the trip, students should check in with ski/snowboard advisor when
arriving at the resort.
Transportation:
We will leave the Middle School parking lot promptly at 3:00 p.m. on the day of the trip. Please stay with your
student until the buses have arrived for loading.
When you come to pick up your student(s) at the middle school, please DO NOT park in the loading area in
front of the school. We need space to unload the buses. We will unload in front of the cafeteria entrance at
approximately 10:00 p.m. Late pick up may result in your student being removed from the ski/snowboard club
with no refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will not be given for students who miss a trip, however you can request a voucher BEFORE the
trip is taken. No Refunds or Vouchers will be issued for students who have not communicated with the
activities department before the trip.
Chaperones will be Centennial School District staff and parents. An informational chaperone meeting will be held on
November 22 at 6:00 pm in the CMS Learning Commons. All parents interested in chaperoning should plan on
attending. Parent chaperones will be scheduled following the meeting.
