BE A HERO FOR BRANDON OnWednesday22ndJuneweareinvitingallofourchildrento“Bea HeroforBrandon.” Brandon is one of our younger children and suffers from a special type of epilepsy called Dravet Syndrome. Dravet Syndrome is a rare and catastrophic form of intractable epilepsy that begins in infancy. Children with Dravet Syndrome do not outgrow this condition and it affects every aspect of their daily lives. It is a debilitating, condition that can severely impede their quality of life. Brandon needs a night monitor watch that will observe his repetitive movement as he sleeps. Whilst he does have night monitors in place, as technology and medicine develops, a night monitor watch is the best way to keep him safe and alert his parents of the onset of a night seizure. We would like to help with the purchase of this, possibly lifesaving, piece of equipment for Brandon so we are asking our children to become a hero for the day by dressing as their favorite super hero. A £1 donation would be appreciated and all money raised will go towards purchasing a night monitor watch for Brandon. We hope you can help and on behalf of Brandon, his family, friends and teachers – THANK YOU!
