512-917-0735
Charles will serve as the Executive Sponsor to
work with Oklahoma DHS leadership on any
issues that arise, help ensure successful
completion of the project objectives and serve
as the connection point to any additional
Accenture resources that may be needed to
bring the project success.
How will your experience and unsurpassed
qualifications benefit Oklahoma on this
transformation journey?
As the product manager and strategy lead for
the Accenture software we are bringing to the
State of Oklahoma combined with more than 20
years working with a variety of clients in health
and human services, including Oklahoma’s
Office of Juvenile Affairs – I offer deep
experience implementing similar transformative
programs. In addition, over the last several
years, it has been both a part of my job and a
personal passion to bring together the different
silos within social services to dramatically
improve the effectiveness of those services and
the outcomes for the people you serve.
What qualities/traits do you believe contribute to
a winning team?
A winning team starts with a compelling vision
and is supported in equal parts by integrity,
ingenuity and pragmatism. Teammates must be
aligned on what winning means, and must be
honest with one another, look for creative ways
to win, and be grounded in the reality of what will
actually work in the face of the competition on
the ground. I have seen those qualities in the
people I have met from DHS, know them to be
foundational qualities of people from Oklahoma,
and will ensure the team from Accenture lives by
them every day.
5
What will Accenture bring to the State of
Oklahoma to help take their services to clients to
a whole new level?
Our Accenture Human Services Suite
represents the leading edge of more than three
decades of client experience in health and
human services. Combining world-class
technology architecture with a richness of
business-supporting functionality, our Suite
offers our clients an opportunity to not only break
down the defined boundaries between the
various programs supporting their families, but
to begin a journey of true integration of service
delivery that can rapidly get to the heart of the
underlying circumstances keeping people from
achieving their true potential.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
Watching my kids do just about anything;
working around the house and on my old car;
and whatever my wife wants me to do.
How are you connected to Oklahoma?
My wife and I were both born and raised in
Oklahoma. She is from Shawnee, and I am from
Oklahoma City. Both of our two girls (Casey and
Hannah) were also born in Oklahoma City. I am
a product of Deer Creek High School in Edmond
and both my wife and I graduated from
Oklahoma State University. In fact most of our
families are cowboys and sport the bright orange
on game day. My oldest daughter (Casey) will
graduate in May from OSU and my youngest
(Hannah) is finishing her freshman year in
Stillwater.
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
We love to do sports together, mostly tennis for
my girls, although I am pretty bad at tennis
Known as the Sooner State, Oklahoma was
founded on competition. That tradition continues
to this day as evidenced in sports competitions.
What college team do you follow and who will
you be rooting for to win?
I am a die-hard Sooner fan and am proud of our
competitive spirit in college sports and in life as
well. Oklahoma State University (any sport or
otherwise) and the Thunder.
What qualities/traits do you believe contribute to
a winning team?
Inclusion, diversity, and a clear and shared goal.
I know we will face challenges on this project but
the ultimate impact we could make on the most
vulnerable families in the State will make
winning that contest among the most rewarding
things I will have ever done in my career.

From the musical that bears the state’s name to
the birthplace of several top-rated country stars,
Oklahoma is synonymous with music. What is
the theme song that is synonymous with your life
journey?
My taste in music is as varied as my life
experience so there is not a single song or genre
that defines me or my life. But my “Okie” roots
and diverse taste in music are part of the reason
that the mélange that is Red Dirt Music is high
on the list. I would probably offer the theme
song to the movie “Oklahoma Crude” for
consideration. Always loved both the inspiration
as well as grit and determination that the movie
and the song represent.

Debora Morris
Integrated Social Services Lead
[email protected]
512-732-6124
As the Accenture Integrated Social Services
Lead, Debora is considered a thought leader in
human services program and policy and a
subject matter advisor for integrated eligibility
modernization. Debora will serve on the
Executive Advisory Board for the Oklahoma
Benefits Project.
How will your experience and unsurpassed
qualifications benefit Oklahoma on this
transformation journey?
I have worked in Human Services for over 35
years. Human Services is a vocation for me
more than a job. I have spent my career driving
transformational change. This project will be a
flagship in my portfolio. Accenture has proven
time and again that we are THE vendor to
support transformational change. I will make
sure you have the support you need to achieve
your vision.
What will you bring to the State of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
My strong relationships with Human Services
Agencies throughout the US will allow me to
bring insights and best practices to Oklahoma. I
am currently the Account Manager for the Ohio
Integrated Eligibility and Business Intelligence
(IE/BI) project, and previously served as
Account Manager for Kansas Eligibility and
Enforcement System (KEES) as well as the
implementation of the Idaho Benefits Eligibility
System (IBES) – the lowest cost and quickest
implementation of a transferred system in the
last 20 years.
7
How are you committed to Oklahomans and
meeting its family outcomes?
I started my career as a rural caseworker. Along
the way I ran a Community Action Center, was
Legislative Director for the Chair of the Texas
House Human Services Committee and was
Deputy Commissioner for Planning Evaluation
and Project Management at the Texas
Department of Human Services. Through this
experience, I understand the business needs of
Oklahoma from the perspectives of the
executive, manager, case worker, and other
stakeholders. Plus, our Integrated Social
Services program at Accenture is dedicated to
client centricity and improving the lives of our
client’s clients. I am committed to driving
outcome based solutions for Accenture and
specifically for Oklahoma.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
Gourmet cooking, anything in or around water,
and spending time with my family.
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
I am the mother of 4 adult children. I love it
when I can get them all together with their
families at the same time. We recently all met
in New York City for a long weekend and it was
a blast.
How do you preserve this and adapt it for
future generations?
We share this story of our family’s journey from
Oklahoma to Texas through story telling with
each new generation.
Do you have a connection to Oklahoma?
You might say that Oklahoma is my second
home state. I have a lot of family ties to this
great state. My father was born in Enid,
Oklahoma, a long-time resident of
Oklahoma. My son lives in Tulsa, and my
grandfather’s family moved from a reservation in
1895 to north Texas and were considered to be
outlaws.
Known as the Sooner State, OK was founded on
competition. That tradition continues to this day
as evidenced in sports competitions. What
college team do you follow and who will you be
rooting for to win?
I am a Texas Longhorn fan (don’t shoot me). I
love the long standing Sooner/ Longhorn
competition.

American Indians are a part of the fabric of
Oklahoma, quite literally as represented on the
state flag, and their traditions and culture act as
a bridge between yesterday and today. What is
the cultural bridge that connects you to your
ancestors?
I am 1/16 Cherokee from my maternal
grandfather’s side of the family. My grandfather
was very proud of his heritage. His family came
from Oklahoma and tried to assimilate into
Texas life as a non-native American
family. They changed their name from A Da We
(Cherokee) to Addieway. There were only two
generations of Addieways that started with my
great grand-father and ended with my
grandfather. Through multiple genealogy
searches we have never found another
Addieway in the United States.

Child Welfare Industry Lead
[email protected]
678-657-7116
As the Child Welfare Industry Lead, Sean helps
child welfare agencies transform and improve
their outcomes through innovative uses of
technology. Sean will serve as our Child
Welfare Industry Lead for the Oklahoma Benefits
Project.
What will you bring to the State of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
I am committed to helping Oklahoma apply the
best tools, techniques and experience to
establish an innovative child welfare and
integrated human services solution. With
experience across the US, I offer insight,
lessons learned, and practical advice to help
achieve great success.
How are you committed to Oklahomans?
My team and I, personally look forward to
supporting the deployment an integrated human
services solution based on our purpose built
modules. I am convinced they represent the
best overall solution to improve outcomes.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
Cook, travel, and be on the water.
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
I have a wife, Diane and two wonderful
daughters that are growing up too fast. I love to
show my girls the world and to support and
enjoy them enjoying life as they grow up.
9
The State of Oklahoma, true to its Western
roots, is pioneering the way for other Human
and Health Services organizations around the
country. Share your example of innovation.
I have been privileged to manage innovative
Child Welfare programs in several states. From
implementing the first mobility applications for
child welfare, implementing the first integrated
eligibility and child welfare solution in Nebraska,
to tackling how to manage intake solutions for
the City of New York, in all cases there were big
challenges but most importantly together, we
delivered with impactful results.
What is on your “bucket list” of new frontiers to
explore?
Child Welfare is poised for significant innovation.
Our proposed solution forms the basis for that
innovation, and there is much that can be done
with the State of Oklahoma to make meaningful
changes in the lives of families. That’s the
challenge, and we overcome the impediments
through focus, planning and experience.
Where will your next outdoor adventure
take you?
I am organizing a trip to explore the Appalachian
Trail, starting in Georgia and headed north. I will
start with just a few days to see how it goes and
who knows what will come of that. The key to
any journey is planning, preparation, and
bringing the right ‘tools’ – the same preparation
we have completed for Oklahoma’s journey.

Jamie Walker
Child Support Industry Lead
[email protected]
678-657-8887
As the Managing Director of Accenture’s child
support practice, helping child support agencies
transform and improve their business outcomes,
Jamie will serve as the Child Support Industry
Lead for the Oklahoma Benefits Project.
How will your experience and unsurpassed
qualifications benefit Oklahoma on this
transformation journey?
Oklahoma is staying on the leading edge by
implementing the most technologically advanced
components to support its child support program
as well as its holistic human services programs.
In my role, I help our company invest in our
Child Support program so we stay ahead of
legislation, technology trends and the most
effective means to serve families in these tough
economic times and bring those investments to
the clients we serve.
What will you bring to the state of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
Accenture has built more federally certified child
support systems than any other vendor. We
have incorporated market leading child support
practices into our processes and into our
Foundation for Accenture Child Support
Enforcement System. These competitive
processes and best practices are proven to help
child support programs improve performance,
maximize incentive dollars and ease the burden
on caseworkers to provide the right service at
the right time.
11
How are you committed to meeting family
outcomes?
We are continuously being asked to do more
with less. In these challenging economic times,
as the families we support are struggling more
than ever, we must embrace automation,
implement newer technologies and leverage the
latest and most innovative solutions for case
management, legal and financial processing.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
Reading, swimming, and watching old movies
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
My family loves to try different types of foods
and restaurants, and I also love boating at the
lake.
What is your experience with Oklahoma?
While working in New Mexico, I worked quite a
bit with the Navajo and the Chickasaw nations in
evaluating the federal proposed rule-making and
tribal requirements for the Model Tribal System.
How do you preserve this and adapt it for
future generations?
Virginia is a very historic region and we pride
ourselves on our Commonwealth’s
heritage. With my family, nieces and nephews
we spend at least one summer weekend
exploring our historic monuments, national
parks, battlefields, lakes and rivers. As a young
adult embarking on my first job my father
reiterated a phrase he would use whenever we
were running off for a new adventure
‘Remember where you came from, girl!’ It is my
constant reminder even today to remember your
family values, give back, be thankful for where
you are, and be bold about the journey you’re
undertaking.

As many families in these days and times we
have a diverse cultural background. On my

from the Monacan tribe residing in the
Virginia/Blue Ridge Mountain region. Our family
has deep roots in that region of the country and
a great connection to the mountains and

Ashley Alletag
Integrated Eligibility Manager
[email protected]
512-732-5482
As part of the Accenture Software Professional
Services Team, Ashley will serve as the
Integrated Eligibility Manager for the Oklahoma
Benefits Project.
How will your experience and unsurpassed
qualifications benefit Oklahoma on this
transformation journey?
Having worked with all of Accenture’s current
eligibility clients, I am honored to bring my
experience to Oklahoma. With each client team
and project I have learned something new that
helps me bring more insight to each client.
Transformation is never easy and working with
the team together to achieve change is the key
to success.
What will you bring to the state of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
I will bring my energy, enthusiasm, and problem
solving skills to the team. Working together we
will all march toward the same goal of creating a
ground breaking integrated solution for
Oklahoma. The citizens of Oklahoma, including
my relatives, deserve the best and most efficient
system out there. I would be proud to help
achieve that transformation.
How are you committed to Oklahomans and
meeting OK's family outcomes?
I am committed in mind, body and spirit. When I
do something I do it 200%. I will work with DHS
to listen to the voice of the workers and make
the system meet your needs.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
Biking, playing racquetball, and scrapbooking.
15
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
I am lucky enough to be a part of a family of four
who are all energetic, loving, and supportive. My
mom, dad, brother and I really enjoy taking road
trips together and going on as many outdoor
adventures as possible. We also all share a love
of sports, watching and playing. Not only are we
glued to the TV during football season, but we
often have engaged in some friendly family
competition out on the basketball and
racquetball court or playing some Frisbee golf.
While I have started not my own family yet,
when the time comes I know we will share some
of these same passions.
How are you connected to Oklahoma?
My dad, grandparents, and great grandparents
were born in Oklahoma near the Ada area. I
have aunts and uncles in Oklahoma City and
visit often for family holidays. Our family takes
great pride in this Alletag fun fact: My great
grandfather was one of the first doctors in his
Oklahoma hometown to have a car so that he
could travel to visit patients at their bedside.
What is on your “bucket list” of new frontiers to
explore?
I find myself wanting to take my athleticism to a
new frontier. Triathlons seem like the perfect
way to do just that. On my current bucket list is
to complete a half-iron man triathlon. This
means I would swim 1.2 miles, bike 56 miles,
and run a half marathon. Getting there will be no
easy feat, but I have setup some stepping
stones to help me get there. I plan to compete in
my first triathlon ever, at the Chicago triathlon
this August. I will attempt a 0.5 mile swim, 12
mile bike ride, and 3 mile run. Wish me luck!
From the Great Plains to the mountain ranges,
Oklahoma is known for its natural diversity and
beauty. How do you explore and connect
with nature?
Hiking has been the best way for me to get in
tune with nature. My dad and I have visited
almost 15 national parks. We had such a great
time that we decided it would be our life mission
to visit all the national parks in the greater US.
Our most recent trip was to Yellowstone where I
got to see lots of buffalo up close and watch Old
Faithful erupt.
Where will your next outdoor adventure
take you?
Our next national park adventure will take us to
Arcadia National Park. As any good hiker
knows, you always have to come prepared. We
never leave the tent or lodge without a jacket,
flashlight, snack, and Swiss army knife. While
we can never prepare for everything, this has us
equipped to handle anything nature throws
our way.

The State of Oklahoma true to its Western
roots is pioneering the way for other Human and
Health Services organizations around the
country. What is an example of your
pioneering spirit and how did it lead to a
successful outcome?
I found myself busy with lots of important and
necessary activities but was not finding time to
stay in good physical shape. So I set a
challenge for myself to get in shape this year
and lose thirty pounds. Thanks to a
recommendation from my dad, I took a few
spinning classes at the gym and ended up
buying my very own road bike. After eight
months I was able to meet my goal and then
some. I am proud to say that I even competed in
a two day bike ride called the MS150. That
weekend I rode 182 miles (along with 14,000
other riders) and raised $500 to benefit multiple
sclerosis research.

Anil Sharma
Project Manager
[email protected]
512-732-6144
As the Product Implementation Lead on the
Accenture Software Professional Services
Team, Anil will serve as the Project Manager for
the Oklahoma Benefits Project.
How will your experience and unsurpassed
qualifications benefit Oklahoma on this
transformation journey?
I have implemented Human Services Systems
for the past 15 years by learning from the ground
up. I bring experience leading functional,
technical, testing, and implementation support
teams from various state implementations. I
have worked in Integrated Eligibility and Child
Welfare. I am a Software Engineer with a PMP
certification and experienced in leading and
implementing Human Services Systems.
What will you bring to the state of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
I have the ideal skill mix across business,
technical, project management, and AHSS
products to lead the implementation for
Oklahoma DHS. I am excited to work with
Oklahoma DHS stakeholders to achieve the
business goals set for the Human Services
Application (HSA). I believe that along with
these skills, my soft skills would be a value add
towards this important journey for Oklahoma. I’m
supported by a strong network from all levels
within and outside the organization. My network
is spread across offices, sectors and service
areas.
17
How are you committed to family outcomes?
I believe in the vision set by Oklahoma for this
transformation project. I will work with the
stakeholders towards the success of this project
by being a committed lead, not only responsible
but also accountable for the outcomes of
this project.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
Spend quality time with my family – my two
young kids and my wife; reading general
information content; and plan, plan, plan – work
plans, personal plans, vacation plans, long-term
goal plans.
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
My wife, Ashima, and I live in Austin with our
two kids – Aarya, our daughter and Arjun, our
son. We are a very strongly bonded family and
are each other’s strengths. We like to enjoy
watching a family comedy movie together which
makes us laugh, de-stress and build happy
memories for life. My wife is a biological
scientist, so we also love to watch health-related
documentaries.
How do you relate to Oklahoma?
My family has been in the Oil industry business
for more than 50 years, hence I understand the
economic swings the energy industry brings to
someone’s budget, be it family or a State. The
Oil industry has had a big impact to Oklahoma’s
economic scene and how the State serves the
needs of its citizens.
Known as the Sooner State, OK was founded on
competition. That tradition continues to this day
as evidenced in sports competitions. What
college team do you follow and who will you be
rooting for to win?
I have lived in Austin for more than a decade
and my better half, who has a Doctorate from UT
Austin, has converted me into a Longhorn fan.
Though I will be rooting for the Longhorns, I
believe the competitive spirit between
Longhorns and Sooners will bond the Oklahoma
project team and add some fun and humor to the
professional working ambiance.
What qualities/traits do you believe contribute to
a winning team?
For a winning team, there needs to be a
willingness to act like team players, positive
attitudes, respect for others, and shared values
and a goal.

Kevin Howard
Software Maintenance Manager
[email protected]
210-801-3125
As the Release Manager on the Accenture
Software Product Team, Kevin will serve as the
Software Maintenance Manager for the
Oklahoma Benefits Project.
How will your experience benefit Oklahoma on
this transformation journey?
I have worked in a customer support role since
beginning my career in technology 20 years ago.
I am committed to exceeding my client’s
expectations.
What will you bring to the state of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
As the Service Manager and Maintenance Lead
for Accenture Software, I have direct access to
the teams responsible for resolving client issues.
My team and I work hard to ensure that our
commitment and passion for client service is at
the forefront of all communications, both
internally and externally with our clients.
How are you committed to meeting Oklahoma’s
family outcomes?
I place high expectations on myself in regards to
meeting my client’s desired outcomes. Being
fully committed to everything I do is a personal
responsibility that I take very seriously. I
understand that Oklahoma’s families are
depending on me and my team to meet their
needs in all circumstances.
19
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
There is one word I would use to describe my
family, and that is busy. My wife, Kate, and I
spend a lot of time involved in activities related
to our kids, Kevin Jr. and Vivian, and the various
sports they play. While we enjoy cheering for
them on the field, our favorite thing to do as a
family is camp. We love to hook up the trailer
and head out to different locations to spend time
together. Camping is our opportunity to connect
as a family while having a great time exploring
new locations.
What is a connection you have to Oklahoma?
One of my most significant connections to
Oklahoma is through a family, that my family and
I spend a lot of time with. They are from
Oklahoma, and we share our hunting lease
together. We enjoy getting our families together.
Where will your next outdoor adventure
take you?
Our next adventure will take us to Destin,
Florida. We have a great little RV park that we
stay at that is on the beach. We use this time to
“unplug” and enjoy nature. If you asked people
that know me to describe me, one thing they
would point out is that I am prepared. This is
especially important when you are camping,
because you can never really predict what
Mother Nature is going to do. I always have
extra supplies on hand including things like tarps
and waterproof boots, which have already come
in handy more than once.
From the Great Plains to the mountain ranges,
Oklahoma is known for its natural diversity and
beauty. How do you explore and connect
with nature?
One of the things I love the most is spending
time outdoors camping, hunting, or fishing.
During deer season, you can find me and my
daughter huddled up in a deer blind quietly
watching the feeder through the binoculars. In
the spring, I take every opportunity I can to head
down to the coast and get some fishing in with
my father-in-law. And in the summer, my family
and I hook up the trailer and head out to explore
different locations.
From the musical that bears the state’s name to
the birthplace of several top-rated country stars,
Oklahoma is synonymous with music. What is
the theme song that is synonymous with your life
journey?
The song that my family and I constantly refer to
is “Luckenbach, Texas”. This song is our theme
song because it talks about getting back to the
basics of love, and resetting your priorities.
While we have no intention of packing up and
moving to Luckenbach, the song reminds you to
stay true to yourself and what you know is right.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
In my free time I enjoy watching my kids play
sports, participating in BBQ cook-offs with my
BBQ team, and camping with my family.
What do you think would be a good theme
song for the journey Oklahoma is about to
embark on?
“Hands on the Wheel"--Beth Sass - You've got
the wheel and have nothing to fear but fear itself!

spending time with my dog Rocky, and
baking/decorating cakes, cookies, and pies.
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
My family loves taking road trips and hiking in
national parks together.
How are you connected to Oklahoma?
Growing up in Texas I have been lucky to spend
time with many friends and colleagues from
Oklahoma and to cheer alongside our rival
football teams together. I’m excited to spend
more time in the Sooner State!
From the Great Plains to the mountain ranges,
Oklahoma is known for its natural diversity and
beauty. How do you explore and connect with
nature?
I love exploring and connecting with nature by
visiting state and national parks.
Where will your next outdoor adventure take
you?
My next outdoor adventure will be returning to
Big Bend National Park- one of my favorites!
American Indians are a part of the fabric of
Oklahoma, quite literally as represented on the
state flag, and their traditions and culture act as
a bridge between yesterday and today. What is
the cultural bridge that connects you to your
ancestors?
I come from an Italian and Irish heritage and I
was lucky enough to have great-grandparents
and grandparents who kept our cultural
traditions alive and strong. They served as a
cultural bridge connecting me to my ancestors
and our traditions.

How do you preserve this and adapt it for future
generations?
My family has worked hard to preserve and keep
our traditions alive through retelling and sharing
our family history with stories and photos and
through adapting our celebrations by
incorporating the traditions of our new family
members while still maintaining aspects of our
traditional family dishes and holiday
celebrations. However, the most important
traditions instilled in me were a strong sense of
determination and loyalty—these aspects are
not specific to our culture and help us bridge and
identify with others who have a similar since of
dedication and commitment.

Brad Elliot
Technical Manager
[email protected]
312-693-2385
As the Data Infrastructure Architect on the
Accenture Software Product Team, Brad will
serve as the Technical Manager for the
Oklahoma Benefits Project.
How will your experience and unsurpassed
qualifications benefit Oklahoma on this
transformation journey?
I specialize in the technical delivery of large
complex solutions for our clients with a focus on
the technical infrastructure and the data
architecture. During my time working for
Accenture Software, I have been able to apply
my client delivery experience to optimize the
installation, deployment, and maintenance of
Accenture’s software products.
What will you bring to the state of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
My excitement for technology and a can do
attitude to make your outcomes a success.
How are you committed to meeting Oklahoma’s
family outcomes?
As a family man, my family comes first. When I
am not at work, I am on our farm and care a lot
about my family and the legacy we leave behind.
I bring this commitment to my own family to
improving the outcomes for families in
Oklahoma.
23
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
I attend Church, whenever the doors are open;
baseball with my family, play or watch a game at
the field; and four wheeling at the farm with my
wife and kids.
What is your connection to Oklahoma?
I have relatives who live in Tulsa that I visit
annually.
The State of OK, true to its Western roots, is
pioneering the way for other Human and Health
Services organizations around the country.
What is an example of your pioneering spirit and
how it led to a successful outcome?
With the new state of the art infrastructure and
the technology around de-duping and creating
our own virtual appliance I believe we are
leading the way into a new storage and virtual
frontier and I am excited and honored to work
with the Oklahoma team to bring the future to
fruition.
What is on your “bucket list” of new frontiers
to explore?
I want to take my family to Jeruselum. To
accomplish this is tricky, as the kids have to
convince my wife to get a passport first, given
she does not like to travel.
From the Great Plains to the mountain ranges,
Oklahoma is known for its natural diversity and
beauty. How do you explore and connect with
nature?
I enjoy hunting on our farm and spending time
out on the four wheelers with all my kids and
when we get tired of four wheelers we jump on
an old John Deere or Ferguson tractor and head
out to the field to plant food plots for the deer
and turkeys around the farm.

ISS Worker Portal Manager/PMO
Lead
[email protected]
512-732-5666
As an Accenture Software’s Professional
Services Lead, Carron will serve as the ISS
Worker Portal Manager for the Oklahoma
Benefits Project.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
I absolutely love traveling, reading and cooking
fabulous meals for my friends and family.
How will your experience benefit Oklahoma on
this transformation journey?
I have served as a Project Manager and
Business Application Architect for multiple
projects and led the effort that designed the HIX
solution for the State of California and the
redesign of the FFM solution for Open
Enrollment. I understand the needs of County
workers, as well as State and Federal
stakeholders and am using that knowledge to
provide a useful additional tool for stakeholders
to use to complete their efforts and to leverage
information across the program areas.
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
My immediate and local family consists of my
seventeen year old daughter, Kyla, who is going
into her senior year of high school. My extended
family includes my parents, four brothers, a
sister as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews, and cousins spread across the United
States in California, Illinois, Indiana, Alabama,
New York, North Carolina, and Florida. I am
also blessed to have one grandmother still living
who will be celebrating her 96th birthday this
year!! What I enjoy is going on road trips with
my daughter, who now does half the driving, to
visit our various family members.
What will you bring to the state of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
Leveraging information across programs will
allow individual program staff to work better
internally and make better decisions on the
needed services that benefit the Oklahoma
citizens seeking assistance.
How are you committed to Oklahomans?
I am completely committed to providing tools
that enable DHS to better understand the needs
of the family and to leverage programs and
information to meet those needs as
appropriate. A holistic solution that addresses
needs across programs allows DHS staff to work
efficiently in qualifying families for benefits and
provide them with the services they need.
27
What is your connection to Oklahoma?
Oklahoma University is my daughter’s #1 pick
for college and Tulsa University is her #3 pick,
so I suspect I will be spending a lot more time in
Oklahoma visiting her!
From the Great Plains to the mountain ranges,
Oklahoma is known for its natural diversity and
beauty. How do you explore and connect with
nature?
I love camping, hiking and mountain biking. I
also consider myself a sun child and enjoy just
sitting outside with a good book and enjoying the
sounds of nature.
Known as the Sooner State, OK was founded on
competition. That tradition continues to this day
as evidenced in sports competitions. What
college team do you follow and who will you be
rooting for to win?
I absolutely love football for the sake of the
game. That being said, I primarily follow teams
in the SEC as I had a “son” who played for
Florida State University and during that time I
got very familiar with the SEC.
What qualities/traits do you believe contribute to
a winning team?
For me – TEAM – “Together Everyone Achieves
More” sums up my view on what can be
accomplished when we leverage our individual
skills and talents and cover each other’s
shortcomings to execute a strategic vision cast
by leadership. Qualities that help us achieve
this include integrity, respect for the individual,
collaboration, and building of consensus.

Where will your next outdoor adventure take
you?
I am planning to explore the Caribbean islands
in the next two years. As a precaution given my
proclivity to be on the beach EVERY day, I will
make sure I pack high powered sunblock and
also bring my sun hats and sunglasses to
protect my skin and eyes. I have learned the
hard way that I sunburn, especially the closer I
get to the equator. Additionally, I plan to take
my trip OUTSIDE of hurricane season to avoid
the rain, lower physical risk and maximize my
sun potential. This ultimately means traveling in
the late spring or early summer 2017, after my
daughter is safely away at college!

As an Integrated Social Services specialist
within Accenture’s Human Services Child
Welfare practice, Anna will serve as the Child
Welfare Manager for the Oklahoma Benefits
Project.
How are you committed to Oklahomans?
I have a passion for making sure that
caseworkers and supervisors have the best
support possible for their everyday challenging
needs in order to support families in trouble.
How will your experience and unsurpassed
qualifications benefit Oklahoma on this
transformation journey?
I have worked on Child Welfare projects in both
Texas and Georgia and was a part of the team
that implemented new child welfare systems for
both states. I understand how to best integrate
technology with the needs of field caseworkers
and will do the same for Oklahoma.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
Competitive hunter/jumper of horse
riding/training, travelling and reading
What will you bring to the State of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
Children in danger or need are the most critical
area in human services today. With the right
technology that we can help implement, case
workers will be relieved of burdensome data
entry and their work will be re-focused to true
social caseworker tasks related to helping
families.
29
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
I am married to a wonderful man, Stephen. We
have two dogs and two horses. We enjoy
spending time outside with the dogs, and taking
the dogs to the barn. We also have a little one
on the way!
How are you connected to Oklahoma?
My family lives in Oklahoma. We enjoy
spending time with my brother and sister in law
and their daughter, who lives in Norman. I also
purchased my last horse, Ddominicc (DC), from
Oklahoma.
Known as the Sooner State, OK was founded on
competition. That tradition continues to this day
as evidenced in sports competitions. What
college team do you follow and who will you be
rooting for to win?
I am a graduate of the University of Texas, and a
huge longhorn football fan. My husband and I
have season tickets, and tailgate every Saturday
in the fall. We also make an annual trip to the
Red River Rivalry and love the atmosphere of
the game in the middle of the State Fair.

What qualities/traits do you believe contribute to
a winning team?
A winning team requires some of the more
obvious things (teamwork, hard work, etc.) but I
think a winning team also requires individual
personalities to bring unique perspectives to the
project.

Michael Green
Child Support Manager
[email protected]
415-537-5549
As an Integrated Social Services specialist
within Accenture’s Human Services Child
Support practice, Michael will serve as the Child
Support Manager for the Oklahoma Benefits
Project.
How will your experience and unsurpassed
qualifications benefit Oklahoma on this
transformation journey?
With more than 12 years of experience
designing and building systems to serve state
and provincial human services agencies in the
US and Canada, I understand the complex
business challenges. I have extensive
experience bringing our FACSES toolset to all
types of agencies, from the size and breadth of
California, to the complex regulatory
environment of Massachusetts, to the simpler
but unique challenges of Ontario.
How are you committed to meeting Oklahoma’s
family outcomes?
I’m excited about Oklahoma’s leadership in
bringing together the human services disciplines
to improve efficiencies and focus on simplifying
the process of driving outcomes for families, and
would be honored to partner with you to deliver
the tools to make that vision a reality for the
citizens of Oklahoma.
What are three things you like to do in your
free time?
I love to travel with my wife, a flight attendant for
Air Canada. I’m also an avid backpacker and
skier, and enjoy exploring the Sierras. When I’m
home in California, as a huge 49ers fan, I enjoy
watching games at the new Levi’s stadium.
31
What will you bring to the state of Oklahoma to
help take their services to clients to a whole
new level?
Child Support Services are always changing and
it’s important to have a partner who understands
both the depth and history of the current child
support environment, as well as its future
direction. Having worked with clients to
implement fully certified and effective systems, I
will work with you to apply our powerful
Accenture Human Services Suite of child
support tools to help solve problems, accelerate
productivity, and improve both your internal and
Federal metrics. With our flexible platform we
can quickly make changes so you can stay
ahead of the transformation journey and pass on
the benefits to the families you serve when they
need it most.
What do you enjoy doing together as a family?
My wife Rachael and I celebrated our first
anniversary in May, but we consider ourselves
permanent newlyweds. In addition to helping
facilitate our travel through her day job with the
airline, Rachael is a professional opera singer
and has performed in cities throughout Canada.
I love going to hear her perform, and together
we take in operas and theatre whenever we can.
From the Great Plains to the mountain ranges,
OK is known for its natural diversity and beauty.
How do you explore and connect with nature?
I grew up an hour outside of Yosemite National
Park, and getting deep into the great outdoors is
my first love. I’ll take any opportunity I can to
strap on a pack and explore.
What qualities/traits do you believe contribute to
a winning team?
In any team sport, the game is won and lost as a
team. Synthesizing unique talents into a
cohesive whole, communication, and dedication
to the common goal are consistently the
hallmarks of championship teams and are also
the key success factors I’ve seen in systems
integration projects.
Where will your next outdoor adventure
take you?
At the end of this month, I’ll take my wife for her
first ascent of Half Dome, the famous rock
formation in Yosemite National Park. At almost
5,000 feet of elevation gain over 20 or so miles,
it’ll be critical that we plan our route carefully and
stay hydrated. Water is a key topic in California
with the drought we’re experiencing and getting
out into nature is a great way to stay aware of its
effects.

When it comes to sports, I’m a NorCal man all
the way, and root for the Stanford Cardinal,
when I’m not following my first love, the NFL and
my Niners.
