A Creative title for your book
Color, pictures, effort, creativity
Helpful Hints for your project:
1. Focus on your strengths; if you are good at drawing,
coloring, organizing information, etc. than be sure to utilize
your strengths!!!
2. Use the front as a checklist; as you add something to your
story, check it off!!!
3. Stay away from violent images and violent language!!! This
is a children’s book! You can use symbols or other ways of
writing about events (ie. instead of someone being killed,
you can write that they went away…)
4. Keep up with your work: Do not take time off in class—
excuses such as I forgot all of my work will not fly! We will
have a lunch or after school conference in order to make
up for lost class time.
5. Be creative and have fun!!! There is not only one way to do
this project!!! Focus on your personality.
6. KNOW YOUR INFORMATION!!! If you do not
understand it, how are your readers going to understand it?
More importantly, I will notice this when I grade your
product…
