Attention Parents/Guardians The trending Netflix series "13 Reasons Why" is raising concerns from suicide prevention experts about potential risks posed by the sensationalized treatment of youth suicide. This series is very graphic and is not recommended for young audiences. We recommend that you monitor what your children are watching on Netflix and have a conversation with them about this series if you feel this could be a concern for your child. Cross Country Team 2017 Our appreciation goes out to CKBW for donating air time, and Dee, for organizing this traditional event. Special Olympics Presentation The Special Olympics and Michelin presented to our school this week. We learned about their organization and the athletes who participate in many different sports. The athletes demonstrate grit and determination to always try their best. The Cross Country Team competed in their first meet of the season at Hebbville Academy this week. All runners did exceptionally well. There were over 500 runners from all across the school board competing with one another from Grade 2 to Grade 6. Way to go team! Way to Go Osprey!
