Exhibitors may enter any number of exhibits in any class. The committee will take no responsibility for loss or damage to exhibits. The committee reserve the right to inspect an exhibitors garden or allotment. All entry forms, along with monies, must be brought to the Village Hall on the Thursday prior to the show between 6pm and 8pm. No entry forms can be accepted on the morning of the show. Entry fees are 20p per exhibit. All exhibitors must leave the hall at 10.45 prompt. Points value 1st = 3 points, 2nd = 2 points, 3rd = 1 point In the event of a tie the person with most 1st prizes will be the winner. Any protests regarding exhibits to be handed to the show sec. in writing with 25p. within 1 hour of the show being opened to the public. The judges decision on all matters regarding the show is final. All exhibitors must provide their own vases, paper plates and garnish.
