WEEK ONE:
Monday
 Pre-Assessment (AP Multiple Choice Test 45 minutes - Scantron)
same test will be given last day to show growth & improvement.
 Free Response Problem on Area & Volume (Go over in class)
 Give them a handout that reviews the concept of LIMITS
 Give them a Worksheet for HW on Limits
 Go over Worksheet on Limits (Answer Key)
 Give them AP Calculus AB Review Packet which covers the concepts
of Derivatives and Integrals (spend time going over it in class)
 Trigonometry Review (Power Point Notes)
 HW: Trigonometry Worksheet (evaluating the 6 trig functions)
Tuesday
 Go over Trig Worksheet Answers (Answer Key)
 Multiple Choice Test (non-calculator) “Exam 2” 28 questions
30 minutes individually & 15 minutes with a partner
 Teach them how to use the calculator for derivatives & integrals
 HW: Multiple Choice Worksheet (“Practice Test-Derivatives”)
 Go over Multiple Choice Worksheet
 Warm Up #1 Multiple Choice (3 problems) (also saved in My Flipcharts)
 With partners, do Free Response Worksheet #1
 Mr. Reis teach Volume of Solids & Cross Sections (1 F.R. problem)
 HW: Free Response 2003 & 2005 (Form B) & Volume problem
Wednesday
 Give Answer Keys for F.R. 2003 & 2005 and answer their questions
 Give Tabular Data Packet and go over 2 Free Response problems
 With partners, do AP Multiple Choice Test – non-calculator
(Practice Exam AB-2) and collect.
 HW: Free Response Tabular Data problem (2011 #2)
 Go over F.R. Tabular Data homework problem (Answer Key)
 Teach: Particle Motion (Do a Free Response problem)
 With partners, do AP Multiple Choice Test (calculator)
