V-STACK Exclusive Distributor: Alma Contract Singapore Pte Ltd ( Mondecasa ) A classic form with an individual touch V-STACK is a high density stacking chair that can also be connected in rows for seminars, conferences, event centers and canteens. The elegant elliptic tube is bent diagonally with an angle of more than 60 degrees. This way the classic V-frames nest themselves automatically when stacked together and remain stable. The height of the chair is fully utilized, so that maximum stability of the frames is achieved while keeping the delicate lines of the contour. This new technique is protected by a patent. 2 | 3 Showing a strong, timeless character, harmoniously integrated into the environment We wanted to offer a neutral, but modern and individual product that is harmoniously integrated into a modern, sophisticated environment. We have also taken into consideration all the technical aspects and dimensions necessary for equipping big rooms with chairs. For the user our product is easy and simple to use, and most importantly very comfortable. 4 | 5 The shell of V-STACK has a distinctive opening in the back which gives the chair a light and aery appearance. This appearance is enhanced by the elegant, pointed edges; at the sides of the shell we preserved the delicate lines and fortified the diameters in the centre zone for more stability. A flexible, extremely durable shell with aesthetic lines The opening enables the user to grab the chair easily and sit ergonomically with good posture, giving the body enough space around the seat area. This is especially important for a vertically stacked chair. Another feature is the technical structure of the shell. It is made using the 2-K–method: the hard and stable core is made of polyamide and the surface of a soft PP (polypropylene) that is pleasant to touch. 6 | 7 Row numbering Seat numbering Anti panic system Easily connected in every combination Our connection principle is designed so that all different versions of the chair can be linked together without any exceptions: a chair with arm-rest and a chair without armrest, two chairs without armrests or two chairs with armrests. This enables the use of chairs with and without armrests alternating in a row, a very common combination that saves a lot of space. To connect the chairs in rows we use a classic and proven concept, a connecting device made of two cylinders produced in a zinc die-cast that is especially stable. The chairs can also be linked with a special panic proof connection. 8 | 9 Linking with armrests Linking with and without armrests Linking without armrests Flat, horizontal stacking without any compromises V-STACK is a high-end product, offering a chair to chair stacking distance of only 50 mm, a low weight of 5,5 kg and stacking with clear, vertical lines. All parts of the frame are protected from scratches by plastic elements and nest in exactly the same distances. All versions of the chair can be stacked together. 25 Pcs 79.3" 20 Pcs 69.5" 15 Pcs 59.6" 10 Pcs 49.8" 5 Pcs 40" 10 | 11 The chairs with armrests have the same narrow stacking distance. When stacked together, the armrests are simply folded up. No waste of space with foldable armrests Armrests 12 | 13 The version of V-STACK in plywood is different from the plastic version, as this material has different characteristics. This shell offers an ideal sitting comfort, this is assured by an extremely concaved form of the seat and back. Our special technique for moulding the plywood is to cut the sides open before pressing it, this way we avoid folds caused by the form of the shell. After the moulding the final form with the openings at the sides is exactly milled out. The back elegantly tapers from the bottom to the top. Different versions in beech, oak and nut with ideal forms for each material 14 | 15 The same principle of a stable self aligning stacking pile with diagonal elliptic tubes works also for the tables. The frames are again protected from scratches with plastic elements. Easy stacking of the tables with moveable legs We have applied for a patent for the special mechanism that allows the legs to be moved outwards. In the out position of the legs, the tables can be stacked together, but with the legs moved inwards, the table tops can be closely linked together without any space in between, a helpful feature necessary for the use as banquet tables. The legs are moved with a neatly positioned eccentric handle. 16 | 17 Table and chair with the same design concept in perfect harmony We used the same elliptic tube and inclination of the leg for the table and chair, therefore creating a harmonious familiar link. 18 | 19 A sophisticated, new interpretation for the combination bench and table We are more used to sitting on benches at outdoor events; hard, uncomfortable and a little unstable. The V-STACK bench interprets this combination in a new way, with comfortable upholstery, a safe seating position, and the classic V-STACK design. 20 | 21 Connection and stacking in the classic V-STACK method. The seats are solid wood or upholstered with artificial leather, and the front fortified by a neatly done seam.
