Lying Why is it important to be honest instead of lying? There are a lot of reasons why it’s important to be honest. First, people will see you as an honest and nice person. People woill trust you more than others. Also, you’ll have to face the consequences when people find out that you were lying. It’s also very important to not lie because it could get you into a lot of trouble It could make you feel guilty and you could hurt someone’s feelings by lying. People could think you can do something you can’t and when they ask you to do it, you start to tremble. That’s why it’s important to be honest and not lie. BY: James Pegollo GROUNDHOG DAY! If it’s sunny and the groundhog sees its shadow then retreat back to the burrow, we will have six more weeks of winter weather.
