The delegates wrote a Preamble to help form a perfect union. The
introduction explains the reasons of the new government. Then the
preamble lists the goals of the new government. The delegates hoped
that the preamble would help them become an example of a perfect
state.

house of representatives- serve two year terms, must be at
least 25, and citizens for 7 years
senate- serve 6 year terms, must be at least 30, citizen for 9

The legislative branch has two sides to spread the power evenly
between each side. the house of rep.the primary job of congress is to
make laws and anyone in the house or senate can submit a proposal
which then goes to the executive branch

27 have been aproved
to approve the ot ⅔ of the legislative of all the states
this section is about changing the amendment and how it i sa very
complicated process. First you need to have an idea that is voted and
then they can finally change a part of it.
