Norm Craven, who broke the world record in
1993 with a 863 pound pumpkin.
More U.S. presidents have been born in October
than any other month.

APPLE BISQUICK COFFEE CAKE
5/11- C.N.A. Meeting
2 cups Bisquick 1:45pm
2/3 cup water or milk
1 egg
1 can apples, drained or 1-2 apples cut-up
TOPPING
1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
2 tbs. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a deep dish pie plate or 8X8”
square pan. Mix dough ingredients
and put in baking pan with cut up
apples. Mix topping ingredients
with a fork until crumbly. Spread
topping mix over dough. Add
apples. If desired, drag a butter
knife across cake several times.
Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick From the Villa
inserted comes out clean.
