based on the communicative approach. They are offered at various times and days to ensure
that students at all levels will find the perfect French course at a convenient time.
REGISTRATION POLICY
• Maximum class size is ten (exceptionally eleven). A minimum of six students is required to
constitute a class. An existing class of four or five may continue if students agree to decrease the number of classes. For some classes, late enrollment may be permitted.
• If the class you choose is full, or if the Alliance Française must cancel a class because of
insufficient enrollment, we will contact you about enrolling in another course. We will give
you a full refund if you do not select an alternative.
• If you miss a class, you may do a make-up if there is space in a class at the same level.
• Fees for classes may not be pro-rated due to student’s absence. Please note that this policy
will only be revised in exceptional circumstances.
• If you register in a class and drop it before classes start, your registration fee will be
