Attendance Policy
Students are expected to regularly attend their classes. In order for your child to receive the most benefit from each class, it is important that he/she attend each
class period. Class tuition will not be pro-rated due to time missed. Attendance will be taken in order to be aware of the whereabouts of all students, and parents
will be contacted if a student is absent and the office has not been notified prior to the absence. All students must be a registered student in order to participate in
our program and activities.
Food
A breakfast bar is available in T.L.C. each morning. Items including cereal and milk may be purchased. Snack carts are available during morning and lunch
recess. Prices range from $0.05-$1.00. Hot lunch is available on a preorder basis only. Please complete the enclosed menu and return it with your money and
your registration. Hot lunch menus cannot be accepted after the first day of each session. If students forget lunch, they will be provided with an emergency
sandwich lunch, or hot lunch upon availability, and the family will be billed. Students who do not choose hot lunch may bring a lunchbox/bag clearly marked with
their full name. Daily milk and water is also available to order at the time of registration.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave in a respectful manner while attending Summer School and Extension. If a child’s behavior interferes with the program, expulsion
from the program is a possible consequence. There will be no refunds given in this event.
The following items are not permitted at Summer School or T.L.C.:
• Cell phones (If students are required to carry one for emergencies, they must be checked in at the front office upon arrival)
• Hand held technology of any sort, unless specified for a class
• Smart watches

Dress Code
Students may wear summer clothing with closed-toe shoes (for safety purposes). Shorts should be worn no higher than above the knee and shirts are to completely
cover the midsection. Please refrain from any clothing labeled with suggestive expressions or words. Please keep in mind that while our Summer School program
is open to all children in the community, we are a Catholic school and many young children attend our program.

Theme Weeks
Each week of Summer School will feature a different theme to add another element of fun to our summer program! We will provide various activities throughout
the weeks related to the theme. You can pick up a calendar of events in the front office during Summer School.
Session 1: Aloha Summer
Session 2: Summer Campout
Session 3: Kids Rock!
T.L.C. (The Learning Continues)
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. (After 6:00 p.m., $1.00 a minute will be due upon the parent’s arrival.)
One time registration fee per family: $55.00
T.L.C. is available to any family participating in our Summer School program. Families have the option to add T.L.C. to provide care for their child while they are
attending summer school classes each week. Families also have the option to choose T.L.C. for one week at a time as long as their child is enrolled in at least 1
other session of summer school. This allows families to offer care for their children for one week at a time in instances where they are unable to enroll in an entire
session due to other scheduled summer activities. There are also two extra T.L.C. camp weeks available after summer school classes conclude.
Please see the T.L.C. registration page for weekly fees.
If payment is not received by the aforementioned dates and arrangements have not been made with the office, your child will not be allowed to continue participate
in T.L.C. until the balance has been paid.
