made there population drop from 300,000
to 400,000 down to about 15,000. After
we noticed that we had killed a ton of
Whales, the world has banned whaling.
Now about 3,000 to 4,000 blue whales in
the northern hemisphere and 5,000 to
10,000 in the south.
