Q: WHAT COLLEGE DID YOU GO TO?
World Series News
Ms. F: Georgia Southern
The Chicago Cubs recently won their first World Series
since 1908. That was 108 yrs ago!! They beat the
Cleveland Indians, 8-7! The Indians haven’t won since
1948!
Q: DID YOU PLAY ANY SPORTS IN COLLEGE?
Ms. I: I played softball and was the pitcher for the

In the World Series, you play 7 games. The first to win
4 out of 7 wins. The Indians had won 3 of the 7 games,
but the Cubs came back to win the series, 4-3. The
score was 7-7 in the 9th inning so the game went to
extra innings where the Cubs won by scoring 1 last
time! Congratulations to the Chicago Cubs!
