VARSITY SEASON OVERVIEW The Mustangs started their 2013 season strong with a WIN over North Valleys (49-­‐0), where the game was played in Winnamucca, due to poor air quality, caused by the smoke. After days of practicing in the gym, due to the smoke, the Varsity came together to pull out a BIG win over Spanish Springs (32-­‐27). The following week, it was business as usual on the field. The Mustangs beat HUG 57-­‐15. The first Home game was upon us. Varsity played hard, but was unable to connect, losing its first game of the season to RENO, 31-­‐7. Last Friday night, the Mustangs, battles Bishop Manogue to win its first conference game, 27-­‐20. The Mustangs are off to a great start this season and are excited about the upcoming weeks. S T AT S

The Freshman........ With their first 4 h igh school games under their belt, the is off to a great start. The season opener was against Spring set the tone, as they take a WIN Next up, where they dominated the field and brought home another The first home game was upon us, and although the played hard, they came up short, losing to RENO Homecoming week gave them a chance to redeem beating Bishop Manogue Keep it up The JV........ The JV team started off with their first two weeks playing Springs. Scores were and respectively. The fought hard in both games. Next up was RENO, where they lost 20.
