Once again we have Gartmorn’s delicious free-range
poultry available for Christmas. All turkeys and geese will
be individually boxed in attractive cases with cooking
instructions and pop-up timers. If you would like to place
an order please add your details to the order form along
with a deposit which correlates with the size and type of
your bird.
White turkeys, geese, bronze turkeys and ducks will be
available in various sizes and like last year we also have
rolled breasts, turkey crowns and turkey saddles on sale.

Turkey crowns are the breast meat on the bone with the legs removed
and is approx 60% of the weight of the bird.
Turkey saddles are the breast meat on the keal bone only, with legs and
wings removed and are approx 40% of the weight of the bird.
