My music. MEmojiMusic is a new smartphone music and lifestyle application like no other combining music, emoticons (emojis), and photography. In partnership with the Apple App Store and Google Play, MEmojiMusic is connected to Pandora Radio, a phone camera, photos, and of course an emoticon. After downloading the app, the app user will be asked to take a selfie, a photo of themselves, using the built in app camera for MEmojiMusic. The individual can take as many photos as they want, but once they are finished aking their selfie, they will “hit” continue on the app. Thereafter, the app will determine from the Emoji (emoticon), what your selfie compares to in the emoji library. For instance, if I appear happy, a smiley face emoji will appear. When the emoji is found that looks like how you are feeling, using your emoji expression, music provided by Pandora Radio station, will begin to play. Again, using the smiley face emoji, you will be directed towards cheerful and upbeat music like pop hits such as “Happy” by Pharell Williams or “Firework” by Katy Perry. If you are sad, songs such as “Hey Jude” by the Beatles or “Teardrops On My Guitar “ by Taylor Swift will play. At the moment, this is different from anything that exists because there is no other application that will combine your selfie, emojis, and play music based on your facial expression. The target demographic for this product, are adults both male and female, ages 18-38. This is the best representation for our MEmojiMusic user who is the “Computer Savvy” smart phone lover. The individual loves music and their selfies. We are in the process of bringing this product to University campuses such as University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. This school will be the first users to try of our terrific app. Also, we will be visiting large corporations like Allstate Insurance for their employees working the 9-5-desk job. In addition, we will have the app in ITunes stores and Google Play in America, Canada, China, Mexico, and France. Each country will also have the ability to choose their languages such as English, Spanish, Chinese, and French. Overall, the person who takes life one day at a time will adore this application!
