Objective
The primary goal is to commence a reciprocal arrangement between each of the
participating clubs. The cooperation is designed to add member value to existing
memberships at each of the participating clubs and therefore increase membership
attractiveness and solidify each club’s leading market position. Restrictions pending on
level of membership to qualify for the reciprocity is at the discretion of each club.
Reciprocal Rate

100% complimentary Green Fee per 18 hole round
Proximity


Reciprocity and exchange are compulsory for all participating clubs not within close
operating proximity. Operating proximity is defined as 100 km (approx. 1hr drive).
Clubs within 100 km of each other may elect to not participate in the reciprocal
agreement with the nearby club as they are considered in the same operating area
eg. Vasatorps Golf Club and Bokskogens Golf Club
Reservation rules:








Bookings must be made in advance through the official contact provided by each
Club.
Golf Club Members are not to book directly with the Host Venue
The advance booking window is at discretion of the Host Venue but should be in
accordance with general guest booking conditions
The Reciprocal Rate is applicable to the reciprocal member only
Guests of the Reciprocal Member are subject to the Visitor Guest rate of the Host
Venue (discounts to be at the discretion of Host Venue)
Hire items (Clubs/Car/Trolley etc.) are chargeable in addition, and may be
compulsory at certain venues.
Photo identification must be presented at check-in.
All requests are strictly subject to availability.
Rate rules & restrictions: (this information is for venues as to assist with communication
to members and understanding of the reciprocal arrangement)






Advance reservation via the player’s Home Club official contact is the only
acceptable method of reservation.
Reservations made via a different source than the Home Club official contact, shall
be subject to the relevant green fee rate and may not be adjusted to the Reciprocal
Rate on the day of play or by the player directly
The maximum number of golfers from any one club that may use the Reciprocal
Rate in a single day at any one venue is FOUR
The maximum number of rounds that a golfer may play at any one venue under the
Reciprocal scheme within a 7 day period is ONE
The maximum number of rounds that a golfer may play at any one venue under the
Reciprocal Scheme within a calendar year is FOUR
ANY EXCEPTIONS OR ADDITIONAL OFFERS TO THE ABOVE ARE AT THE SOLE
DISCRETION OF THE HOST VENUE
