Potter’s Place church at 11AM
Sunday, February 19 – The Facebook Chorale will be in concert at 6PM. The
special guest will be Donald Lawrence. (Tickets are $25)
Sunday, February 19 – Pastor Carmen West will be a guest speaker at St. James
Baptist Church at 3PM
Sunday, February 26 – LaShonda Pollard and the Ladies of Vision (L.O.V.) Choir
will be in concert at 7PM at Victory Missionary Baptist Church. Special guest
also include Bruce Williamson Jr. and the Sons of Soul (Tickets are only $12)
February 26 – Pastor Kelcey will be the guest speaker at Moments of Blessing
Church at 7PM. (Our choir has been requested to render an A selection)

MARK YOUR CALENDAR: CREATIVE ARTS MINISTRY presents
THE WAX MUSEUM on Sunday, February 26th, 2017 during the
8AM, Sunday School Hour & 10:45AM services. We will feature a
total of 16 African American historians, who made a difference in the
world, yet are unsung!
MARK YOUR CALEDAR: Good morning. I have a newsletter update for the upcoming Hanani field
trip. We are going to the Springs Preserve March 18, 2017 @ 1pm. Ticket costs are as follows: Under
5-free, 5-17- $4, 18 and up- $8. Parents will be responsible for pick up and drop off at location. We
will begin to give out permission slips this coming Sunday and they will be due back by March 8.
BAPTISM CLASS: Want to know more about accepting Jesus and getting baptized? RSVP for our
Baptism Class held on the 3rd Sunday at 10AM by emailing [email protected]
YOUTH SUNDAY REMINDER: Parents are encouraged to submit their student achievements to
Minister Pacita Coleman or Rev. Chris Lowery before Wednesday, February 22 for Youth Sunday.
OUTREACH MINISTRY: Nehemiah Ministries will host their 2nd Annual International Day of Praise
on Sunday, February 26, 2017 featuring the Voices of Zambia Choir from the International Bible
College of Zambia.
CAMPUS UPDATES: Our Community Outreach Counter is located in the hallway prior to entering
the fellowship hall that leads to our sanctuary. Community Business Cards, Brochures and Handouts
are available to assist your needs.
THE NEHEMIAH NURSERY: Our nursery is ready to assist your worship needs on Sunday’s during
our 10:45AM worship services. Please see Sister Katrina Bell for more information.
SUNDAY COFFEE & REFRESHMENTS are now available on Sunday’s from 9:30AM-10:30AM inside
Sandra Kay’s Café (located next to Deacon’s office and Women’s restroom).
