Nelson’s Family Campground
With both single bedroom styles for 2-4 people and
bunk models for 6-7 people available, families of all
sizes can enjoy camping together. Each campsite is
equipped with a fireplace and picnic table as well
as the trailer’s own awning, making it easy to enjoy
the great outdoors.

RESERVATIONS:
• A deposit is required within 5 days of the date reservation
is made.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are not
eligible for a refund.
• $200.00 cash security/cleaning deposit is due at check-in.
Deposit is refunded within 7 days of check-out subject to
inspection of rental unit condition. No smoking or pets allowed
in rental trailers.
• Rental fee is for 1 family (two adults & unmarried children living
at home). Fee for additional people staying in the unit.
• 2 night minimum for all stays.
(3 night minimum for holiday weekends)
• Check-in time is 4 p.m. / Check-out time is Noon.
• Tents or other RVs are not allowed on rental sites.
• We reserve the right to substitute a unit with similar
floor plan and accommodations if necessary.

Holiday Weekends:
$195.00 (Three night minimum)
$150.00 (Columbus Day weekendthree night minimum)
Per family (two adults and their unmarried children living at home). Sites
include: water, electricity, and satellite TV. No sewer on sites. Free dump
station on premises. Reservations are accepted by customers age 21 and
over. Two night minimum for weekend reservations.
SPRING & FALL SPECIALS
Spring Deal: April 14 - June 4 / Fall Deal: August 25 - October 9
Camp any number of consecutive weekends during these time
frames and pay only for weekends! Receive free storage during
the week (unit unplugged). $20 per week to leave unit plugged in.

Extend your Spring or Fall deal: Add the weekend before or after
Memorial Day to your Spring Deal or the weekend before Labor
Day to your Fall Deal for even more convenient family fun.

Remember your schools field day? This weekend is dedicated to field days
of the past. Three legged races, sack races, water games and minute to win
it style games. Live game show provided by Vision and Sound.
SPECIAL APRIL 14TH-16TH SPRING INTO CAMPING
