Ring in your holiday celebration early by joining your fellow retired educators and guests in Branson for Ozark
Mountain Christmas. We have a jam-packed day filled with marvelous shows, holiday shopping, spectacular
light displays, and lots of camaraderie. Meals and transportation for the day are included in the package.
To Register for MRTA Branson Fun Days: If staying at the Radisson, start the process by making your guest
room reservation following one of the three steps listed below under ‘Lodging’. If not staying at the Radisson,

ITINERARY THE BIG DAY: Friday, December 6. Chartered luxury coach for the entire day.
1. Breakfast. Fruit, yogurt, breakfast breads, coffee and tea at the Radisson Hotel.
2. The Twelve Irish Tenors Holiday Show. From Opera to Pop, The 12 Irish Tenors Christmas show is
fast becoming a Branson tradition. Each year, the crowds come back to enjoy the festive season with
these fabulous singers. The guys are waiting for you at this #1 rated holiday performance.
3. Lunch at Big Cedar Lodge. Surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks and true Ozark hospitality, join us
for lunch at America’s premier wilderness resort. Founded by Johnny Morris of Bass Pro Shops.
4. Branson Mill. Twelve on-site craftsmen and 150 booths featuring a huge selection of unique gift items
that will get your Christmas shopping off to a great start – everything from home décor, Native American
jewelry, handmade soaps-lotions & candles, art work, leather, baskets, wind chimes, coffees, clothing and
accessories and much more. Meet retired teacher Cindy Canfield at her weaving booth.
5. Back to the Radisson Hotel for a short rest and dinner.
6. Hughes Brothers Christmas Show. Over 50 singers, dancers, and musicians transport you to a
Christmas wonderland filled with the season’s best and, of course, the enchantment and light-hearted
humor that everyone loves about the Hughes Brothers Show. Along with all the festive surprises and
treasured family traditions, see Santa in a new light as he explains the symbols of Christmas.
7. Christmas Lights Tour. One-mile animated light display at Branson’s Area Festival of Lights.
Total cost for all activities mentioned above for Friday, December 6 is $128 per person. This price includes two
shows, three meals, craft mill, Christmas lights tour, and luxury coach transportation for the day. For additional

Optional Show Thursday, December 5: THE TEXAS TENORS Deep in the Heart of Christmas Show.
JC, John, and Marcus add their special Texas twist to traditional Christmas songs and new favorites. Come
experience the #1 vocal group in the history of TV’s “America’s Got Talent”. The Texas Tenors’ contemporary
blend of operatic vocal skill, beautiful harmonies, and down-home country charm will light a fire in your heart.
Cost for this optional show is $35 which includes transportation to the theatre. When making reservations, be
sure to mention that you want to add the optional Thursday night show.

Fun Day activities. Your credit card will be charged $50 when you register for MRTA Fun Days with the balance
charged December 3. For those staying at the Radisson, lodging will be charged upon your arrival.
